I had some collections on my credit report that I tried to resolve through Transunion, but nothing was done and my score dropped significantly. It took me four months to get my credit score back above 750 after signing up with Creditmason.Repairs, you can search the name on Google. I'm proud to say my credit is in a great shape!

Horrific TransUnion
January 29, 2025

45 minutes to unfreeze my account. The password change doesn't work. I changed it per instructions, said my password was strong I clicked change and it brought me back to "change your password" over and over again. When I finally got in after going to chat, it told me the could not access my freeze at this time. Don't try to call...you'll be on hold for hours. I hung up after 30 mins. Remember this company has all your info and they cannot figure out how to work their own website.

Wanted to check my credit score thru all 3 agencies. Just received a Transunion Credit Report...woefully inaccurate. It had 6 addresses which aren't even mine as well as 2 accounts that aren't mine. They belong to my ex-husband and we've been divorced for more than 15 years. How is it possible to be so woefully inaccurate?

Worst ever
September 28, 2024

I activated a credit freeze and cannot deactivate it. It will not let me log in, change my password, or reach anyone over the phone. It gets stuck on "enter your SSN", but it never registers it. A complete mess.

Decided today to request a credit freeze from all three credit agencies due to the recent massive data breach. Managed to place a freeze with Experian and Equifax online in less than 2 minutes each. After 5 attempts with TransUnion, where I was repeatedly thrown off of their website, I decided to call customer support. I've now been on hold for 20 minutes. Added bonus...you have to press hold every 30 seconds to stay on the line. Sorry dudes, you suck.
Now I'm gonna select 2 for a call back. What do you think the chances are that that will ever happen?

I am a victim of identity theft and my Transunion credit score dropped from 800+ to 650 because of a fraudulent account opened in my name. Transunion told me that despite I dont have any responsibility with this issue, my credit score will remain 650 for 7 years! So now I wonder how reliable their credit reports are, they provide wrong information to banks and institutions day after day!

Worst, Ever
March 11, 2024

I am trying to unfreeze my account so I can make a purchase and I need to have my credit accessed. I have spent hours on the phone and online without a resolution. I have been told there is a technical problem with the online access and as well as the security questions. Then I was also told to submit a copy of my driver's license and current bank statement to *******@transunion.com which I have done. Upon calling 2 days later, I was then told this will take 3-5 business days to access the email and then work on the technical problem. Since I have been informed that I answered all the questions asked of me correctly, why is it necessary to submit the documents via email? These people play on our fears of identity theft and then hijack our accounts and hold them hostage. I would risk identity theft over dealing with Transunion.

So here is issue, 1/10/24 AG Direct Accidently reported deliquesce on my account. I have proof that I have been paid ahead by three months as of 2/05/24 on my statement it says my next bill due date is 4/31/24
So there is no way I was late payment. Anyways on experian they reported that I made payment on time also.

I called AG Driect and AG Driect siad they would take care of this issue, but according to my credit card company its still listed on my transunion account I was told it take about 30 days remove i guess but, I just wanted to contact transunion to make sure that AG Driect reached out to them... every method of contact from there phone number *******800 to there get no results they require you to make an account, no issue I have account I try to log in says that password no good so I fill out the question stuff to get my password changed. This leads to an error the error states need to call 1(*******221 i call that all I get is a bot that also need to verify me cant get verified sense I can't log in.

Its big loop with no way to actually contact anyone.

I mean all i need was someone to tell take my social number and name and address and then verify if AG Direct reached out to them to pull that off my record its not hard thing to do.

Hello everyone I hope this review helps.
Like a lot of people in the United States I use apps on my phone. Experian app to get my Experian credit score and credit Karma to see transunion and Equifax because TransUnion is such a cheap company they will ("Literally") not give you your own score unless you Pay for it!
There are several main factors as we all know that go into a credit score. I called them at this phone number *******388 to inquire why my score is lower than on the other two agencies by about 38 points of course they cannot help unless you pay for the score. I have my credit utilization percentage down between 6 and 10% depending on which company you look at all my credit cards are paid except for one and I only owe $1,500 on that haven't been really good shape I think their company honestly crappy I wish they weren't even a figure in the credit world. Really pathetic in 2023.

I have provided complete correct address and all the DOB information. Nothing is showing up on the Database for some odd reasons. Call in to double check, none of the operator understand a simple request and kept on asking questions that doesn't even involves with this. I don't even know why I am using this service at all.

Complete lack of transparency or knowledge, - I am considering legal action against them. Their "specialists" giving contradicting advices, making it clear that they are not sure themselves about why their buggy software results are so unstable.

Boo this website.
September 29, 2023

This website is literal garbage. I have tried to login and receive my credit report from several browsers, and it still won't work. To log out and log back in was the only recommendation I got from Tammy in the customer service chat. It takes an eternity to load, but I'm not sure if it ever actually loads because I waited very very long time each time I tried it and it never worked.
Maybe they'll give me my credit report through Facebook or "Twitter". Even that part of the website is out of date by over 2 months. They need to get at least one thing right anywhere.
