I called Transunion based on my points falling out the 60 points. Since October. They refused to give any answer why. Claiming they do not know, but continued over a month hanging up on me. I was denied to speak with supervisors multi request. When I did get said supervisors. The Supervisors answered. Ask me what I needed help with. Then I requested the information why my points fallen 60 points. The supervisors vanished and nothing but no response, air, no replies, for 3 to 4 minutes then the calls drop on Transunions end each time.

I had to inform them the last time. That I was recording just like them. After the agent denied me a supervisor over and over. Now claiming she will put me on a call back 3 to 7days. I demanded a supervisor. Told her I was recording. She replied I didn't give you permission to record me. I told her I didn't give your company nor you permission to record me. I was finally give a said supervisor. That could not find any reason my points fallen 60 point. I advised him. That I have never t had this problem with any other credit union. So I need answers why. He said Transunion don't have access to that data nor can see why. Then by the next day my others scores all dropped total of 55 points instantly.

Transunion seems to be going after people who questions them and refusing clients explanations. As they have refused to send out my report for the last 2 months. With false claims they are sending it out, but sent my information to a wrong address. I feel intentional. Then when they have the correct address. Transunion still refuses to send my reports as said. Instead sending me a dispute letter inorder to get my report. When Transunion has all my correct information.

Transunion is intentional violating people rights with reckless care and moreso, African Americans as if we are inhuman.

Terrible customer service and a joke of a company entirely.

I just wasted two hours of my day explaining my situation (that I opened a dispute on May 2nd, 2022 and it's still showing as "In Review" with no resolution) and they have the audacity to say that it was closed on May 4th, 2022. When I explained that clearly something was wrong from a technology standpoint, because I work with writing code all day long, they stated that there's nothing they could do and that I should just submit another dispute request - Which is the most ironic statement I've ever heard because I can't file another dispute until it's listed as closed and no longer "In Review".

I was transferred 3 times and even requested to speak to a supervisor so that I could explain these details to someone that understood it from a failed technology aspect and not just a script, and I was just transferred down the line to yet another customer service representative that told me nothing.

I explained that the entire reason I'm disputing this account is because I am purchasing a home, and I had my US Department of Education loans rehabilitated, which takes it out of default status, and removes it from your credit report entirely. When explaining this, the representative stated, "No, it stays on your credit report for 7 years, which is what is says on this 2018 document", to which I replied, "That process has actually changed multiple times over the last 4 years - I'd be happy to give you the US Department of Education's phone number for you to confirm, the website that the information is stated on, and the contractual agreement that I have stating this information as well" - Needless to say, they did not want it. The most ironic part of it all? They removed 13 other US Department of Education accounts from my credit report entirely already - This is the last one.

If you are going to preach the same script and information with no intent to help, at least make sure it's actually up to date.

Felt like a scam
May 12, 2023

I needed to have a loan company run a credit check, they couldn't since one of my accounts was frozen. I checked with experian, no freeze. Equifax, freeze was off. Transunion? No clue! I tried logging in several times and after changing my password again I was able to log in. But that wasn't helpful since the website said they had an error and couldn't see if my account was frozen or not. Also couldn't check my score since they were pushing for me to buy a subscription. Called the support number just to go to a automatic system in which I pressed in all the information it asked for just to be sent to a lady with an incredibly thick Indian accent to repeat the same information again.

Just for her to tell me she has an error on her side for my account as well and that she couldn't help me and gave me a number that I needed to call. I looked the number up, IT WAS THE SAME NUMBER I TALKED TO HER ON. This number had no different extensions for different departments and from how she sounded, i dont think there are any different departments that could help me. So, now I'm stuck with a credit company that I can't even see if my information is frozen let alone actually safe with absolutely no way to sort it out. Compared to experian and equifaxs online and phone service, it was very different and I felt like I was being scammed. Constantly a personal question followed up with, "while I'm pulling your account up can you tell me." over and over. I've never had any customer service system both automated or by a person ask in the way this person was prompted me to ask. It was vastly too similar to all of the scamming videos you see online.

Discrimination
April 6, 2020

This company has taken liberty with my credit score for some reason. SunTrust mortgage decided that they were going to try to kick me out of my house one of the measures that they took was to falsely report on my credit that I was negligent and paying my bills This was of course was false. My credit score plummeted. I talk with them directly and they said it was a bit of a drop for just one late payment They were convinced that there was something else I was doing on my credit report white dropped It's none other than TransUnion and their false reporting. 200 points was lost for one late payment. This is not only excessive but I believe an act of discrimination against a minority. They assume that I probably have problems with paying my bills maybe due to a loss of work which neither is the case. So they decided to over analyze my account and every credit card and anything that seemed to indicate that I couldn't pay my bills my credit score became affected. I had a 730 credit score and transunion has been playing with my points and has been heavily regulating my credit cards ever since SunTrust decided to lie on my credit report. I have two credit cards, a home loan, a car loan and no student loans! I paid off 50k worth of student loans just to avoid this and now these bastards are overanalyzing one freggin credit card to ruin my finances. After SunTrust has now removed their negative remarks They still continue to heavily regulate my one credit card that I've used 50% of and continually affect my score This is disgusting behavior and it needs to stop. Stop picking on minorities or people who you think cannot pay their bills Don't take advantage of their situation. These people are sick and have sent them proof that I pay my bills on time and they continue to play with my credit score on the false notion of me using $5,000 on a $10,000 credit limit. There are people who have credit cards upon credit cards and use more than half of their credit limit and I'm sure their score isn't going down every day This foolishness needs to stop, stop targeting minorities or people you feel don't have the advantage in society the other people have, you sickos!

We applied for a credit card for my wife, and CIBC refused it, on the basis that some of the information was incorrect on the credit bureau, also on their letter they mentioned TransUnion and provided their contact.

Called TransUnion in order to figure out what could be the issue, and discussed with them about creating the accounts and accessing our information. The agent started saying that it costs 24.95$ in order to have a copy of the disclosure, and only after I pushed back saying that they're asking for money to let me know what my information is, he said that "accessing that part is free, but if you want the full report in the mail you have to pay" - fine.

I create the account for myself, and I get a copy of disclosure. As I'm checking my information I see that my last address was incorrect, instead of Unit being 403, it's 4 - even though my 'previous' address is correct. I see the option of filing a dispute and I do that, it says to upload a document with picture in order to prove your current address, and I submit it.

I receive an email back, saying that my request was refused because at least 2 documents need to be submitted (even though they never mention that anywhere), fine.

I apply again, this time I upload Driver's license and Hydro bill. After a couple of days, I receive another email from them: REFUSED. "Documents that you provided have different addresses". I double checked and they had the same address. Decided to call (this was the third time that I was calling them). I talked to an agent and he said that "you need to write a letter by hand and send it by mail", after I said that this is ridiculous and insisted he checked my file, he accessed and said that "the file is saying your documents have two addresses. I made him access both files that I provided, and he said "looks like it's the same address sir".

Ok, at last they're agreeing that I provided everything they asked. The agent says "We will send you a letter next 3 to 5 days", I asked again to make sure everything will be fixed now. He said doubtfully "We will send you the letter but if you can call again next weeks just to make sure" - I lost my mind, I stated that they better change my information because I'm not going to call again.

It's been a month since that call and nothing yet. Apparently they are trying to get people to subscribe to their 24.95$, and constantly they state that "you have to do this, in order to have access to your information", but after you push back they agree somehow to move on. I see no reason why my address would be wrong and they wouldn't change it, even after I provided the necessary information couple of times.

On another note, my wife's account is not working at all and they're not fixing it. Basically we can't have access to her information. I'm appalled how government doesn't do anything about institutions like this.
