I, like so many others, was sucked into the cute little cartoon video with the cute little Abby Chihuahua being a bad puppy and her owner at her wits end dealing with animal control threatening to take poor Abby away if she doesn't get trained. I was thisclose to signing up for the $37.00, only by midnight, offer and the guarantee of a 120 day money back guarantee plus the elite club and the free calls with trainers and vets etc. Before I entered my credit card number I thought twice and decided to see if the lovely Nancy Richards had any reviews of success to make sure I wasn't getting something I didn't want and then I found this site as well as many others not boasting about the site but instead bewaring people about the site. It's a shame because people who are sucked in by that adorable cartoon video and don't check for reviews before joining are going to be left holding nothing but a big bag of dog poo. That's not right. I'm reporting this site on Yelp! And to the better business bureau to get it shut down asap. It kills me that the adorable Nancy has been at this since 2007 and it's now 2015 and she's still at it. Wow! That's all I can say and a debt if gratitude for the warnings. Stay away from this site if you value your money.

I didn't really appreciate the trainer telling me I was provoking my dog and shouldn't be putting my hands in her food or petting her while she was eating.
I see that I created my own problems with my dog's housetraining. I'm upset with what Sally told me, but only because I realize all the things I have done wrong and now have to re-train my puppy.
Scam!, I tryed claiming training for different dogs and nancy claims to be the president to each breed, very convincing but on the video I noticed they never draw the actual breed

I bought one of their books which is fine... Really disliked how they give you the "free" Elite Dog Club for one month then automatically charge your card $37 a month after. I went on there anyways to check it out while it was free for me. Personally it wasn't something I would pay $37 a month for so I canceled the subscription before they billed me. During the 2nd step of the 3 step process to cancel they offered me a ONE TIME FEE OF $37 TO HAVE A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP! This upsets me because I'm sure there are people that enjoy this site and these poor loyal customers are being taken advantage of.
The tips I have received concerning Sable(Labrador retriever) have been great. She is doing awesome. I wish I could afford the program. It's quite reasonably priced but I have not worked since Covid.
