You promised a refund 04/23/21 in two days its been 6. Ive emailed your company three times and called. Never an answer. Where is my refund?

I was under the impression that when I purchased this program it was a one time fee, however I am getting charged every month.
Why do I constantiy have to ask for a password in order to instantly log into the traning course. It is very frustrating.
My daughter has a 7 month old german shepherd and doberman mix. He has a really bad food aggression. How do we get rid of his aggression?
