Purchased the training from TrainPetDog.com and found it to be outdated and pretty much useless. They advertise a full 30-day and full 120-day refund on their site. Requested a refund through their site, by telephone, and email, none of which will provide any documentation of cancellation or refund status. They have figured out the loophole with VISA and Mastercard... don't provide any confirmation of anything, and they can keep your money, even when disputing the transaction with the credit card company. I'm out $178. It's a perfect way for them to do fraudulent business, especially during the pandemic. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY COMMIT TO DOING SO ON THE PHONE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

We are new to this site we have a senior border collie and I discovered this site when we purchased our puppy, our Labradoodle to get some insight on helping us to get through the start of puppy years I have not formally signed up for a training course just being honest just not the right time right for us but I think it in my opinion that it could help us for now just not the right time I have been receiving free emails from Nancy every day and it's been very helpful information from behavioral issues to grooming I'm very happy with the communication. I'm sure that if I ever purchased this program that it would be a great asset to training new puppy this is just my opinion 🐾😊

While trying out and implementing the skills taught by TrainPetDog on my Yorkshire terrier named Stanley, I saw immediate results. He is 12 weeks old, so still in the learning phase so he was easily trained using the tips taught FOR FREE using TrainPetDog. The only confusing thing was if there was a course you could by, and where to find it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone training their Yorkshire terrier because the facts thought I would have never known without this sites help.

I have been reading these emails and doing the best I can to follow all the steps, AND IT HAS WORKED. he has became a better dog within a week of me using these methods. He hasn't been jumping as much, hasn't been going to the bathroom in the house as much, and overall listens to commands better. So thank you very much.

With the tips and new information I got with TrainPetDog my little puppy Gold Berg has improved his behaviour quiet well he now knows how to sit, and im still working on getting him to lay down but it's slowly improving. Trying not to get frustrated with him can be a challenge but TrainPetDog has made me realize I have to be consistent and understanding. I have also been teaching him to wait for his food and he seems to do really well with it just sometimes he gets to excited so he doesn't always listen, but that's ok and I just wanna thank TrainPetDog for helping me become a better owner.
I recently adopted a 5yo (they think) pomeranian mix dog from our local SPCA. I have had a number of dogs over the years and this was my first pom so I wanted to learn more about their traits and breed characteristics.
