Purchased a bracelet that was very pricey, but posted as new, and never used. Received in pretty bad shape. Scratched and very clearly used. Returned item and even after an email requesting a full refund due to the fact that Shop Hers didn't double check the item. They charged me a 5% re stocking fee. I purchased a few other items and just not happy. I would rather buy from the store if I am looking for new items.
This is my go to site for authentic, great value, unique finds, reliable, no hassle, luxury items! I've been purchasing and selling items for years and haven't ever encountered an issue with Tradesy. I highly recommend them and confirm that they're my favorite resale app/online shopping site!
I discovered Tradesy some years ago and have been hooked every since. I'm able to get some of the top name brands around for a fraction of the price. I feel like a Queen the way i'm able to pamper myself, just knowing i'm wearing top of the line. They have always responded and provided me with excellent customer service, credits and refunds. I can't speak for other people, but my experience has been great. I will continue to do business on this site... Or maybe slow down some! LOL

They were a little more worn than we expected. I knew they were used, but the pictures may have been stock photos and not "as-is" images.
That said, still in very usable condition. Happy with the items received and the entire process.
I've made about $3000 on Tradesy. My closet is high end with new or slightly used high-end designer items. However, Tradesy repeatedly holds on to payments late. But what finally got me to pull my items from the website was a crazy purchaser who claimed my authentic Louis Vuitton Wrap I personally purchased on the Champs Elysee for n Paris was a fake. Tradesy NEVER told me the basis of the return. Never contacted me for a response. And they held the item for nearly 3 weeks before inexpertly claiming my very authentic tic Louis Vuitton Wrap was a fake. If Tradesy folks are so inept at a business, no matter everyone sells on Poshmark and other sites instead. Absolutely abysmal.
Tradesy is a joke and no seller or buyer should be using it. In fact, they should have a class action lawsuit brought against them for the dishonest way they do business. They won't prove what credentials their "so called experts" have and if a customer returns an item, they are not given cash back as stated, but site credit. If you are a seller on the site, they take your items and never pay you for them. There excuse is "website glitches". They refunded a customer twice for the same item more then once and I have never seen a penny back from either of these items. Customers switch out authentic items and return fakes and they get credit or cash back and the seller is left without any earnings or the actual product they sent. I have over 600 items for sale on the site but going to cancel due to the fact they can't even pay me $13.65 for an item that sold. Think they are having money problems and stealing is the only way they can keep operating.
I was very disappointed that the sale was canceled because the site owner made a pricing error... but that was not terrible enough the funds that took only seconds to remove still has not been placed back on the card. The negativity review will be posted to tradesy and online. I am beyond frustrated. I made the purchase as the item showed listing price of two hundred dollars plus now I'm without my funds and it is no fault of mine.
I do not recommend this company especially if you are selling your merchandise. I sold 2 authentic Louis Vuitton handbags and still no money and it's been 2 weeks since the bags have been delivered. There are 2 buyers somewhere with my handbags doing whatever they want and still no money. Not to mention, why did Tradesy take so much for themselves? I used their prepaid postage, I don't remember postage costing so much money. I'll be using Ebay moving forward.
Great shopping experience. Seller answered my question within minutes, and I had a $50 welcome promo waiting for me at checkout. I will recommend Tradesy to all my friends looking for pre-loved handbags!
Great experience, seller was extremely quick to answer my questions, process and mail out my purchase. The booties were exactly as pictured and described, along with fitting perfectly. Cannot wait to wear them!
I love shopping on Tradesy. The only problem I've had is a part of the order doesn't get verified or I get to day 10 with no shipping information which is very frustrating if I need the item by a specific time and I then have to cancel the item. So all in all, I simply wish the sellers were more responsible in removing things that were no longer available, checking their email, and/or getting to the post office within 10 days.

Tradesy has an extensive items portfolio where you can find all the brands that you love. Excellent customer service, platform support, security on your transactions and good promotions. I always have had an excellent experience shopping through Tradesy.
It took over 2 weeks to receive the item I purchased. It was described as ‘Like New' but was actually well-worn and not something I would have purchased had the actual belt been photographed rather than a like-image. The seller was very nice in her communication but overall I'll have to say my first experience buying through with Tradesy will be my last.

It took me just a few days short of month to receive my order. I purchased it with enough time to deliver it as a gift and I was not able to do so. The seller shipped the item to tradesy they then held the item while myself had to initiate contact with both parties to figure out what was going on. The tracking number they send you is useless because there is no movement. I am really not interested in purchasing or referring Tradesy.

I felt mislead when looking at the pictures- thought the purse would be much bigger- this was a gift to replace one of my moms favorite purses that she used until the straps blew out.
Super disappointed I spent $50 bucks on a purse that looked much bigger in the picture and it can't even hold a Coca Cola can

Having never used Tradesy before I was reluctant to give it a try but with a pandemic still looming and seeing too many crowds in stores and not enough masks on shoppers, I decided to take a safer route and order from my computer at home. Everything worked out perfectly! It was easy to place the order, the shoes came in as promised. They were well-packaged and beautiful. I am now a fan of Tradesy and look forward to doing more shopping with them in the future.
Every time I place an order on line I expect to have trouble with tracking, shipping, etc. Tradesy performed way above what I could've hoped for from ordering to receiving. Excellent company and a pleasure to receive my order! The presentation was perfect! I'm thrilled to be a lifetime customer.
I ordered my first bag, and it arrived very damaged. Trades did refund my account after a review process. I ordered another bag, that took two weeks longer than it was supposed to arrive. The seller never responded to messages about delivery questions. Overall, I won't order from tradesy again.

I have made about 8 purchases from Tradesy. At first I didn't know if the items were Authentic or not. I have brought 3 LV purses & 2 LV wallets into the store for repair & found out that they were indeed Authentic. Most of my items were true to form. I was told if an item had any issues upon purchasing, & the sellers would send an extra photo of the damage if I requested one. The only issue I have is some sellers say the a price is negotiable, however, when u ask about that, they never respond.

They charger me 25% commission! When I put the dress for sale it said it will be only 15%, by the time dress got sold I receiver only $737 from $980! Then you have to wait 3 weeks before they will allow you to use the money, withdraw is another 2.9%! So not worth it, totally regret that sale and will never ever go back. STAY AWAY!
Answer: Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. Answer: They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
Answer: It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Answer: Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!

I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. Answer: Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
Answer: I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices. Answer: I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.
