I've been looking at these sandals for quite some time but was not ready to pull the plug as I read several reviews about the straps being too tight and the sizing small. Normally I wear 38 in all of my YSL shoes but I decided to order 1/2 a size up and they fit like a glove! I have a pretty narrow foot so the straps don't bother me at all and I always wear high heels therefore these are comfortable for me and my style. I can't wait to wear them out!

The seller misrepresented an item, I received something totally different. Contacted customer service, they said they will look into it. A week passed, I sent them another 2 emails, no reply from them. Scammer sellers and scammer/non existent customer service. Stay away

Tradesy.com sells fakes and then doesn't follow up when notified that sellers are selling fakes. Way too much hassle. Tradesy.com guarantee of "authenticity" is absurd. Can't have a guarantee when they don't enforce it. Will never buy from Tradesy.com again. Total scam.
I always bought my purses, shoes and clothing at tradesy, i always love shopping in their website especially if they have a sale going on. Sometimes you are lucky to get stuffs still new with tag and price are cheap and branded.
My wife sent me a link to a Coach bag she was looking at. I was able to click, view and buy it without the too-common runaround of sign-ins, confusing carts, wrong address saved, etc. Very impressed and grateful for the sanity.

The bag - coach metropolitan is in pristine condition, little to no wear!
Really nice size and can be used as an everyday bag. Many pockets and fits my coach travel wallet. There is a top- zip for extra security- worth the price!
Sorry to say, but I'am not a first time buyer. I'am so disappointed on this one. The purse is not new, no tag, its used, worn so many times, lining is gone, tarnished strap, there's hair and dusty inside. Took a lot of picture of everything,
Perfect condition, just as pictured. The exact pink color that's all the rage this year. I tried to buy this bag earlier in the season but it sold out and I coops only find it here — for much less of course!
They kept true to their word and shipped the item right away, excellent customer service and very quick responses to questions. I will be ordering a bigger bag in the nearest future but for now this bag is perfect as a carry on for my trip!
I shop for most of my purchases on line since I live in a small town that does not have large department stores. I often find an item that I'm interested in purchasing but when shopping on line to Tradesy vs other sellers, pricing on Tradesy is 9 out of 10 times higher, and I often purchase elsewhere because I don't like the ide that I can't get a refund. I can only get Tradesy credit. So if I find an item for thousands of dollars? I don't want all my money sitting at Tradesy until I find something else to purchase. Thank could be months.

No protection for the seller.
I recently sold a designer item worth several hundred Dollars. Customer claimed it was dirty, which it was not. I have pictures and documentation to prove my case.
I was then returned a COUNTERFEIT item.
No resolution with customer service or management.
I am reporting them to better business bureau and other agencies and am considering legal action.
Stay away!
This was my first time buying a luxury item from a third party and not directly from the selling company. I was worried that what arrived would not be as photographed. The reality was the opposite. I'm even happier with it in person, if arrived fast, packed well, great quality. Super happy customer?
I both buy and sell on Tradesy, so far (a dozen times) without issue. Absolutely love it, got lots of great tops from here (I don't buy designer, just regular stuff), plus it gives me a place to sell things I changed my mind on, ended up not wearing or just don't like any more :)

Unprofessional and impersonal interactions. Tradesy doesn't care about people. Tradesy doesn't take seriously and doesn't penalizes dishonest sellers. Tradesy allow sellers put back the merchandise, even if they know that it isn't real. Tradesy is writing fake reviews on here for themselves. They are trying to cover up the reviews from real people with bad experiences
Tradesy is so much fun. I could sit for hours checking out my biggest weakness which is handbags. I love Coach and it's nice to be able to buy them at a cheaper price. Who doesn't like a deal? Tradesy sellers also let you know the condition of the bags. I have been looking for a Coach with purple and finally found one after a very long time of searching. Thank you Tradesy. I will be back!
The item shipped quickly but took a very long time to arrive. When I asked Tradesy to help with tracking, they were able to see more info than I could from the USPS website and reassured me it was still on its way. The item arrived and it was exactly as pictured; just what I expected. Great experience overall!
