Pretty easy so far. I didn't do any research about this website. I Googled something and this site came up, add to cart boom done. Now let's hope for the best. UPDATE: received the ugg slippers, exactly what I wanted and hoped for. My first time experience was flawless.
I have a pair of these MM peep toe booties. They must be over 10 years old. Their looking rough now so I hunted. Found these. Size 39, New, Great price, great seller, I'm thrilled.

This is like Vaunte, Shop-Hers, and Ebay and it just doesn't work, for me at least. Buying recycled stuff online is just so risky. I bought a few things on the site and nothing was ever as good as the seller described it; there is almost always some smell, some stain or some abuse. And, two fakes. Tradesy takes returns but they really prefer to give credit and not a refund, so it takes forever to get out because you have to use the credit. Their customer service which used to be pretty good has gone downhill.
To me, signing on to this site means a whole lot more emails on stuff that either isn't what it is supposed to be or isn't even on the site.
I recently bought a Cartier watch that was labeled "Good As New". When the item arrived to their Sure Shop inspection team, I got notified that there were actually very noticeable scratches on the face of the watch. I received additional photos and ultimately decided to cancel. I get that they can't catch everything, but at least on this particular incident I was relieved to have been saved the hassle of dealing with it afterwards. Thumbs up!
I have sold 10 items in the past 3 weeks right out of my closet and I have purchased 1 awesome pocketbook. This company is an awesome concept! They are organized, professional, available for any questions and concerns.The exposure to designer items at great discounts is like no other company. They protect both buyer and seller... I just can't say enough... Tradesy ROCKs!
I had been so disappointed in the past year trying to find a replacement for my beloved and trusty Coach "Candace" handbag(that is 9 yrs old!). I looked on Tradesy last week and found one... it arrived looking glorious and almost brand-new. It was less than half the original price. I have a; ready showed it off to two of my friends :)
I thought that I bought two pairs of shoes only to find out that the seller has to respond to my purchase within 3 days or the transaction is cancelled. This seller told me she had no idea! When I contacted Tradesy, their attitude was basically tough luck and didn't care a bit. Why they don't take better care of their customers, I cannot understand. Their attitude is terrible and when you go through a lot of work to find something you're looking for, pay for it and have the transaction dropped, I think that's terrible. I think they need to re-think their business model. I'll buy from another site.
I requested a return and emailed all required photos within the 4-day window as specified by the website a week ago, but still have not received a return shipping label or heard back from tradesy. I even called customer service to follow up 5 days ago and was told I would hear back from them on that day, which still didn't happen. The return process is made really hard from my experience so far.
Ordered a Louis Vuitton for my wife that was listed in good condition. The pictures actually made the very minor imperfections look worse than they were. Once the purse arrived I was able to look around and the purse still looks great overall and those imperfections are hardly noticeable. Will definitely be doing business here again!
I purchased Tory Burch flats on their website and they came to me broken. The seller had glued on the logo and it fell off within 10 minutes of me opening the box. The returns department would not refund me for the shoes and suggested I resell them on the site to recoup my investment--- so someone else can get screwed over! These people are scam artists and do not care about the service level you receive. Buyer beware!
I have been a seller for a few years and up until recently had no major complaints. Well, this drastic change has made me consider closing my account! Today I sold an item for $17.00 and after Tradesy took their cut, I was left with only $9.50, and I paid $3.46 for shipping! So I actually ended up with $6.04! And when you factor in shipping materials and time, even less! What a rip-off! Sellers STAY AWAY FROM TRADESY!
I am completely in agreement with other sellers about the amount of time it takes for a seller to get our money! They state 21 days while the buyer is walking around with your designer item and possibly damaging it! They can then return with just about no questions or guarantee that it came that way!
I have called to ask why they won't transfer my money that is just sitting in their account and no one gives me the time of day, they could care less how many sales and money I have given them over the years. It's really sad because I will continue to purchase but I am pulling my merchandise and sticking with a Poshmark and have my funds in a few days not month!
Bag is nice but it's definitely been cleaned and has stains that were not mentioned in caption. I paid more then it's worth. This website doesn't give you enough info about the bags. Shop elsewhere. There are plenty of sites that give more info.

I love this website. Where else can you get beautiful, high end merchandise for a fraction of the cost! Everything I have received has been true to the descriptions and shipped promptly and professionally.
I was really surprised to find such nice designer pieces on the resale market. This gives you a chance when you can't buy at all when it's first released to put your collections together when you can afford them; they're not necessarily forever gone.!
Shopping experience with Tradesy was easy with an abundance of inventory. Shipping, did not go as well. The product arrived two days after the original arrival date, however the tracking information kept me informed!
I've been a seller on Tradesy for many years now and their policies continue to get worse. They cater strictly to buyers and not to their sellers. Basically a buyer can buy anything and return it for any reason causing an item to be out of the marketplace for 3 to 4 weeks due to their time frames.
And don't even get me started about their payout schedule which is ridiculous. A buyer has four days to issue a return request, so why isn't the seller getting paid on the fifth day? Nope, they hold your funds and then take 23% of your earnings!

Answer: Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. Answer: They advertise a strict selling policy of authentic and accurate descriptions for listing. If by chance an item received is questionable, they have a review process to protect the buyer unlike many other sites out there.
Answer: It says that everything is guaranteed authentic but you have to know your stuff to know if it is authentic. Tradesy people don't see the items unless it is sold and the buyer complains about authenticity. So if you put your trust on tradesy, you are 100% WRONG and will get scammed.
Answer: Yep. Tradesy are infamous for holding your money! They will also refund a sale without any communication with the seller, they don't even tell you why. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!
Answer: Don't ever do business with Tradesy ever! Learned my lesson. Bought a Chanel bag that doesn't look like anything they showed. I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. I finally disputed it with the credit card company. Tradesy almost ripped me off of my $1,600

Answer: Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
Answer: I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices. Answer: I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.
