The other reviews with 1 or 2 stars are either fake (competing sites) or part of the 33 percent of Americans that don't know any better. So far so good. Much easier and better than Ebay. I have over 1,600 listings that they have imported from ebay for me. We have had only 1 pair of jeans returned because they did not fit the buyer. Tradesy handled the return very well. Ebay needs more competitors. They have made the selling so complicated and in favor of the buyer, that it is tough to do business. Give this site a break! They are new and I'm sure it will get better with time.

Online purchase was easy. Product received looks like it is an knock off that does not include
Jawbone feature which allows for easy replacement of lens. It says JAWBONE on the frame and
U.S.A. design.

I purchased a pair of Sam Edelman sandals. My credit card was charged immediately yet several hours later I received a notice from the Seller that they "were not for sale". No apology, no, sorry for false advertising. Tradesy says it will take 5 days to see my refund. If you could pull my money immediately, you should immediately issue a refund. I didn't cancel. YOUR Seller failed to remove the item. No recourse on their website. Will never use their site again and telling everyone I know.

Tradesy use to be a great company to sell on about 2-3 years ago. When I would sell something their commission was way lower and the day I shipped I got paid that day. Now there commission is 14%!!! I believe it use to be 7-9% also it takes almost 3 weeks before they release your money even after the customer has received your item 2 weeks earlier. Then another 4-5 days to show up in your account. And if you ever email then it usually takes 3 business days for them to get back to you. Your better off selling on a different site don't waste your time.

OK, so Tradesy is eBay of the clothing world. Everything and anything can be sold on here, from designer clothing to some lip balm. Shipping is usually between $10 and $20, depending on how large of a bag needed to fit in the garment. I am from a seller's perspective- I've been on the site for about 3 months and have only sold one item. I received the bag to put my item in and shipped it out quickly, within a month I got my payment after the 2% fee or whatever tradesy will take, and the other 2% (I think) safe transfer fee. The thing about this site is that you need to ask questions. The sellers are mostly experienced and will answer any question you have. If not, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Most sellers want their items gone. It's a good discount site once in a while. Some sellers can be haggled.

I had been given a pair of these shoes but they were too small, I absolutely loved them so I began my search and found the exact pair in better shape and packed to perfection with cute Halloween string tied around the tissue paper. These pythons were shipped in style. Love the way this seller does business. Hand-written note along with a cute thank you card on the inside. Keep it up Sitejabber you are winning!

The customer service for this site is non existent. I recently purchased a bracelet on there that does not match the description or the picture listed whatsoever. It was supposed to be yellow gold with opal crystals. I received a rose gold with regular crystal bracelet. I tried to return the day I received, then tried to file a misrepresentation claim the following day. I've been passed around from representative to representative with no resolution in sight. They sent me to different departments with no update on any of the misrepresentation claims I've filed. Don't waste your time here, you're better off just going to ebay or joining a resale group on facebook.

I have purchased a handful of items on tradesy previously over the last 3 years and I've had a great experience each time. I love purchasing from seller's who advertise they will ship next business day because I want my items as soon as possible!

These Chanel earrings were on my watch list and I finally decided to go for it and placed my first order. They are gorgeous and came as described in original box with receipt. Transaction went perfectly smooth and was shipped quickly with tracking. Love them!

Bought a bag, thought I was getting a Chloe Faye Backpack in medium! Great price! Should have known, it was shipped from China, folded in a tiny little box! Destroyed the integrity of the leather. The serial number was in a totally odd place which raised red flag.
Returned immediately to Tradesy, they waved their magic wand said it was real and even though it was folded like an accordion, I had to take it back or accept site credit! So I was stuck and had to add money to purchase another bag that I could have bought elsewhere for much less. And they ended up with an additional percentage off which I wasn't allowed to use. Waiting for the overpriced bag to arrive, fingers crossed. I will never do business with this company ever again and would not recommend it to anyone! I don't want to buy a designer bag and have it ship from China! Terrible customer service!

I found a Gucci Pelham tote rated AA. I received it and it looked brand new (too new). However, inside the pocket of the purse was a black tag with a letter and numbers but no QR code like the Gucci bags I bought at Saks. Company that sent "authenticity card" with bag states that no "brand owner endorses this document." Waiting to hear back from Tradesy vendor. There is a 4 day return policy.

I have never publically complained about a website but I want to warn you to do your research before considering purchasing from Tradesy. Even Christmas gifts had a four day return policy so be careful with timing your purchases with recipients' inspection.

The handbag my daughter bought for me through Tradesy was filthy and not accurately pictured nor described. When I complained to Tradesy on Day Four, I was given a generic response--so much for customer support! I wish my daughter had spent more time researching the numerous Tradesy complaints instead of trusting them. I found much better selection and better pricing of same handbag model on EBay.

Tradesy charges 23.99% and their service is the worst for being this much! They are returning an item that I sold even though they agreed that it was accurate. They're saying that they can't obtain the fair market value. Ridiculous! Total waste of time and full of BS! This site also takes almost a month before they release your hard earned earnings! Soo crazy! Beware of this site! Hope it gets shut down! They are like thieves, so ridiculous l!
