If I could give them a zero star, I would. This website is terrible! They take 21-30 days to pay you, anyrhing you sell they return (based off buyers judgment even if they lie), they never investigate issues, and they will remove items from your closet without any notice! You will do all the work to put up a listing, then wa la its gone! No notice, no notification, nothing! Highly disappointing site to use! Stay far far far away!

I actually LOVE Tradesy. I discovered a year ago and have bought PLENTY from shoes to jewelry to hats and of course HANDBAGS. What I will say is you HAVE to know what you're buying. Otherwise you can be stuck with something that's not what you thought it was. Know your high end stuff. Make sure the serial number is on the bags. Make sure the pattern aligns. Look at all the bags carefully. Blow the pics up so you can take a closer look. Another tip is find a seller that you like. I LOVE Vintagelux. Everything I've gotten from that seller is fabulous. Review your seller look at their closet, see how many sales they've had. Lastly yes the return policy stinks, so if you know you don't want it, act QUICK so you can return it. Okay so I've given you my take on buying from Tradesy. Now selling from Tradesy is a different spin. I give that 2 stars. The commission is WAY to high is hard to make a profit. I would much rather sell on Ebay or on Facebook. My first few bags sold very quickly but it took sometime to get paid. After their commission if you want to "cash out" meaning you don't want a store credit there is another charge is incurred. The fees total to be astronomical. So no I will not be selling on Tradesy anymore. But I will still buy. Hope this helps.

I placed an order for a pair of earrings which was supposed to be an urgent gift. As I tried to track the shipment, I did notice that the tracking number was not working. However, they promised in writing a delivery date time frame. On the last day of the delivery period, my order had not been shipped. When I contacted Tradesy, they responded that it was the seller's fault. They wanted me to contact the seller to find out why I had not received my order. Then they said they would have refunded my money after 10 days although it had already been over 10 days. I still have not received my refund nor my order. This website does not seem honest. I will never order from them again also because now I have a gift problem to work out which I have very little time to do and which I thought was taken care of.

Listen to me people, save yourself the stress. This company does not care about it customers. I have been dealing with an issues with them to send me money from a sale that i made and they still have never sent the money. Its been over a month since they said they will be issuing a payment. Each time i email a new person gets on and says they will help me and i never hear from them again. Even the supervisor does not respond to emails. I have called them, no help their either. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I am REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB

I recent had listed two of my MCM reverisible totes with clutch I purchased at Nordstrom. One sold with no issues. The other, I cant say the same. The buyer, who is obviously unable to to proper use the internet to look at Nordstrom.com claimed misrepresentation. Tradesy then received my bag and determined that it was inauthentic. Stating that the engraving and stitching isnt the norm for an MCM bag. Hellllloo idiots, its reversible. Of course its not going to be the normal brown suede inside. If your company had also looked on the Nordstrom website you would see that my bag was definitely authentic. On top of that, Im getting harassing messages from the buyer about how Im a fraud. I do not need to be harassed when Im in the write and Tradesy is in the wrong.

When a deceptive (or maybe just really clueless?) seller hid serious defects in item in photos, and didn't disclose that shoe heels had been cut down, l wasn't able to return the shoes in their impossible 4 day return window. I lost $132 on an unwearable pair of shoes... never again! If you buy at Tradesy, drop EVERYTHING, come back into town if you are away, and inspect those shoes IMMEDIATELY! Tradesy, to their credit, offered me a $25 site credit... which still leaves me $107 short. If they are worried about people wearing then returning, shoes, put a sticker on the bottom like some other resale sites. My first, last, and only Tradesy purchase.
