When I finally got the bag (after it had been shipped out from China) it was a different bag with a different time stamp, 2 years older than the one advertised. Seller simply told me that they messed up the orders and sent my bag to someone else. I absolutely do not plan on shopping here again, as the customer service were no help whatsoever. Regretting ever even buying from here.

I bought a Fendi Poncho and Fendi boots. Both items came exactly as advertised in new perfect condition. The seller was very responsive.
I reported that I did not receive my package, i was always told 2-4 days for a response but I would always have to reach back out because the time frame passed only to be told the same thing over and over. Finally I was told that my package was delivered but left on the outside steps. I was denied a refund and credit and was told to call the cops. As a customer, this is unacceptable. Police do not have time to track packages and tradesy should require a signature upon delivery since your selling designer items that are not cheap. I was shown No empathy and I'm suppose to just accept that I do not have the product I paid for. I should have at least been approved for a credit, this is unfair to me.

After touching base with our USPS team as well as my managers, we, unfortunately, are unable to issue a refund for this order as USPS has advised that they have accurately delivered your parcel to your location. We sincerely apologize for the incredible inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of USPS in this situation and are unable to file a second claim on your behalf as well.
From this point, our options are extremely limited given the outcome USPS has provided. Therefore, the only options to further this case would be to either file a police report with your local police department (if you believe the item was stolen), or by contacting your financial institution.
Additionally, you may want to consider checking in with your surrounding neighbors, if that is applicable. Sometimes, USPS may deliver parcels to a different apartment, so that may be something you want to consider doing.

In this case, it looks like our team was unable to open a return as we did not receive the photos within the allotted timeframe. I ordered my first bag, and it arrived very damaged. Trades did refund my account after a review process. I ordered another bag, that took two weeks longer than it was supposed to arrive. The seller never responded to messages about delivery questions. Overall, I won't order from tradesy again.

Item is shipped on a timely fashion and I'm a repeat customer.
It took me just a few days short of month to receive my order. I purchased it with enough time to deliver it as a gift and I was not able to do so. The seller shipped the item to tradesy they then held the item while myself had to initiate contact with both parties to figure out what was going on. The tracking number they send you is useless because there is no movement. I am really not interested in purchasing or referring Tradesy.

Answer: Don't Do It! It takes at least 10 days to get paid. They prefer people that they can control. When you become successful, they will make upp a reason to suspend your account. TRADESY sell fakes, the owner is the closet owner of PENNY LANE It has been proven time and time again she sells Fakes. Tradesy hooked up with Authenticate First, these people don't know what they are doing. Well the messed up big time with my bag, see it was authenticated by a very reputable company. I have ALL my bags authenticated BEFORE I list for sale and of course have the documentation to prove it. The bag was in perfect shape. Tradesy are ignorant, unprofessional and teamed up with a company (authenticate first) who have their heads where the sun don't shine. Tradesy are totally so unprofessional they have not bothered to send me an email even notifying me of the refund, I only found out when I checked on the sales delivery date to find a little sentence that says "refunded". No explanation why, nor when I can expect my property back. Punks! I am still waiting to receive my bag back. I have read on other sites that Tradesy keep the returns and seller is SOL. One seller was screwed out of 2,500 and never received her property back. Tradesy are shady. Another seller has started a class uit action. It's about time Tradesy were taught a lesson and realized that they have no right to keep sellers property. Apparently they resell the items on another site. The person who started the class usit actin has proof of same. Ironically, although some were refunded allegedly for item being fake, they resell and state that it is authentic. I have removed all my items from this shady scam company. I hope the class suit action closes this scam company down!

I took some pictures of what I received vs. what they showed on their listing. They still ignorantly argued that those are the same item. They refused to refund me back the money. Answer: Eileen: There is not a feedback option on Tradesy as there is with ebay and Threadflip. If I were you, I'd contact Tradesy immediately. While the seller may have purchased a bunch of bags to resell, that would definitely make me nervous. How many days has it been since you purchased the handbag? The number of days that the seller has to confirm the sale may have elapsed so you'd be in the clear. We only have so many days to confirm that we will have the item will ship in a timely manner.
Answer: I would highly recommend you look at RealReal or even ebay as I have sold over 100 items on both and although there is occasionally that one off glitch, they do protect the seller and are very fair from a buyer perspective as well. Do not use Tradesy... everything negative you read in reviews is true unfortunately. I did finally get my money back from tradesy as a seller, but I threatened them to no end and actually emailed the CEO... RUN from this site... save yourself the craziness of poor business practices. Answer: I just had a worst experience with customer service also. I bought a chanel bag over $3K and the condition of the bag received was not the same as what was listed. The authentication card was also missing and there was no dust bag as listed. When I tried to complain & return the item, Blair said that the bag left the headquarters in perfect condition. How did the two big black marks were there within 5 second I got it if it left the headquarter in perfect condition. Instead of trying to solve the issue with the seller about the auth card, she said I could re-list the item to recoup the fund? There was no sign that the item was on final sale. If I knew there were no authentication card and the item was on final sale, I would not spend over $3K for the bag. It was the worst experience of customer service they've had. Lesson learnt and I will not do any business with this site anymore. I will write to BBB and I hope people will do the same.

Our Partner sellers are sellers who have an excellent track record with us: an amazing inventory, tons of sales, and almost no returns and misrepresentations. After building this track record with us, we allow some Partner Sellers special perks, including shipping from abroad.
That being said, if an item arrives that is different or not accurately represented from the listing you may file a Misrepresentation Claim 4 days from delivery. There you will send the item back to us to ship to the seller and you will receive a refund in full to your payment source!
