Appalling service, avoid it like you would, the COVID virus. Tradeinn got so many things wrong, and so little (barely) right.
Bought a few items off Bikeinn (one of many entities under Tradeinn), and received the order confirmation soon after. Took all of 6 days for Bikeinn to let me know that 1 of the 2 identical items that I had ordered were unavailable, with the option to cancel the order (for either 1 or both items).
On checking the order in my account (or the Bikeinn site), the status showed that the order had been shipped. There were zero responses to questions seeking clarifications on this.
Following a decision to cancel the order, there was zero acknowledgement on next steps, and if I would be reimbursed. Zero, nothing, no response whatsoever. Attempts to get in touch with Bikeinn, regarding the order (and the cancellation) were made with multiple standardised responses that were exactly the same, word-for-word (I'm looking at you, Sylvester and Paul).
To date (2.5 weeks since the order was confirmed), there's been no response to indicate if I would be reimbursed for the cancelled order.
I had ordered tires from TradeInn and got the wrong size delivered. TradeInn only responded with automated emails that were just a stalling tactic. Fortunately, I was able to activate buyer protection via PayPal and got part of my money back that way. However, I still have to pay for the return shipping and have no tires. Absolutely bad service and not recommended. Hands off TradeInn!
The customer support of tradeinn call me Racist for asking them to refund me, for item which was delivered to them for a weeks.

I bought some what were described as hiking shoes. When they arrived, which did take a couple of weeks, they looked really great, until I checked them out. They had holes in the bottom, yes on purpose. It turns out they are really water sports shoes, definitely great for that as the water would drain straight out the bottom holes. Unfortunately for hiking or walking, unless you only do it in the dry, as soon as it rains or step in a puddle, water would come straight in via the holes, so wet socks for the rest of the day! Hardly walking or hiking shoes?
So I contacted them and after a bit of to and froing they said return them via our recommended route and they would refund everything, as they were mis-described.
Returned them to a UK address for £11.49 (I could have done it much cheaper) and they then only refunded the shoes cost, not the return postage of their mis-described product, they still refuse to refund it now, so I will have to take the time to take it further. I also had to pay £8.99 postage to me in the first place, so they owe me £20.48. Why should I pay to receive and return was is in effect a faulty product, not designed to do what it was advertised as, and the only reason I bought it in the first place?
I definitely would never buy anything from them ever again.
Purchased a blood pressure machine months ago, but never received the product. TRADEINN refuses to refund my money and has stopped answering my messages. Don't waste your money and buy somehwere else with a more reliable provider.

Worst Customer experience i've had in a long time.
I've ordered a surfboard for my holidays as tradeinn promised to deliver between 3-5 days. 3 weeks and countless emails later, they refused to reimburse me even though the order didn't reach me. My holidays were obviously over by then.
They finally delivered the surfboard 4 weeks later but 75% of the order was missing (leash, pad, wax, surfbag, etc...). They now refuse to reimburse me the missing part of the delivery!
Obviously they are impossible to reach by phone...
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING with TRADEINN. It's a guaranteed headache if you do.
Placed an order on June 24/23. Told me I'd receive it by June 6/23. It's now July 4/23 and no order and still taking payments from my card. I've sent emails with no returns. No where to call. Told me order was in customs could be 60 days or longer before being released by customs. Last info I got was my order was sent back to consigner and they won't refund payments I've made. Terrible company to deal with and most of their products come from foreign countries. Don't waste your time with this company. They're terrible and no customer service.
Absolutely awful service. I have been trying to return a defective product for a month now, it has been returned to me TWICE now. The staff are rude and unhelpful- they also don't seem to care about service and lack general manners. Do not do business with this company, they have no respect for their customers.
Better not to buy from Tradeinn, at least not online from abroad, in the case of a return you have to wait forever for a refund! According to Tradeinn, 2-4 weeks are to be calculated for the return transport to Spain, only then will an examination and, if necessary, a refund take place! So stay away and buy somewhere else!
Besser man kauft nicht bei Tradeinn, zumindest nicht online aus dem Ausland, im Falle einer Retoure wartet man ewig auf eine Erstattung! Laut Tradeinn sind 2-4 Wochen schon für den Rücktransport nach Spanien zu kalkulieren, erst dann findet eine Prüfung und ggf eine Erstattung statt! Also Finger weg und woanders kaufen!
Horrible company, stay way off. Delivery took 17 days, sent the wrong sizes (both sandals), communications are super slow. Expected refund in a month time!
I was ordering things on this website since 2018 but will do that no more.
I ordered a mesh bag which was supposedly designed to be attached to a swimmer's body: see the description and the picture from the seller's website. Instead I received a regular mesh bag which is good only for storage of the swimming equipment.
The seller's return policy claims that if they make some mistake with the order the seller will return an original shipping fee and will cover return shipping expenses. In my case they simply refused to acknowledge any mistake at all with no explanation: they claimed that I received what I ordered and that if I wanted I could return the goods at my own expenses and get back the item's cost. The mesh bag costed me 6.99, the original shipping 3.99 and the return shipping from Italy started with 23 Eur.
I totally confirm what the other reviewers said: they don't care about their own incorrect descriptions and their own incorrect pictures as long as they are totally fine with you returning anything to them.
I started a case with Paypal and got back my money from them: they also were not willing to cover the return shipping expenses which were nearly 4 times the item's costs, so they just returned me the money I wasted on the item.
Before they always shipped to me what I ordered and all was fine (even though some items were very low-quality). But this case showed to me that in effect there's no customer support and that they don't really care…
I bought an Electrolux cooker extractor earlier this year. Delivery information was virtually nil. I was led to believe it would arrive in a number of days. It turned out that that was when the order would be processed. It took so long to arrive and no info was coming through I thought I had been scammed. Then it was in the country (company based in Spain) and took many days to get through customs. It eventually arrived, I had a quick look inside to make sure it was the right item. It was so I stored the box until the kitchen was ready which took a few weeks.
When I came to fit the unit it did not feel like a sturdy unit. When I pulled the filter out to start the extractor I saw the housing for the buttons was broken causing the instability of the unit.
I contacted TradeInn many times about this before eventually getting a reply saying I had to use their web based complaint form. This form needs 6 photos of the damage before the form can be submitted…. But there is a limit on the size of the photos. It took me days of trying to make them smaller. I ended up with 1 that was small enough, so sent that 6 times. I added that the damage must have been caused at the packing stage as there were no bits in the bag, and the box was not damaged. They replied that they could not do anything as there was a very short time window between delivery and being able to make a claim against the couriers. This despite me telling them is was most likely damaged before being shipped. More ambiguous emails back and forth then they said I could return it for inspection. It was not clear if they would reimburse and the whole process could take 6 weeks from them receiving the unit. Completely unacceptable. I did not trust them enough to send it back so I had a £175 extractor that was damaged. I asked them if there was a spare part they could send and I could replace the switch housing myself… no reply. I eventually got one from eSpares in the uk for a couple of quid.
The whole process was bewildering and frustrating. There replies were almost cryptic at time, as though they did not fully understand English…seemed like the replies were all computer generated.
I am convinced it is like this so people get fed up with the process….I did.
Definitely not satisfied with how this company work and their customer service skills are appalling.
I made a purchase at Trade inn (order: *******) with an expectation of delivery in 4 days. After more than 20 days, I have not received the package and I have no news of what happened to it. Due to the delay, I canceled the purchase and they refuse to refund me. Even after countless emails. If you don't want to have headaches, DON'T BUY AT TRADE INN!
I ordered 4 pairs of sandals and accepted to pay $60 of shipping for those 4 pairs. They arrived 5.5 weeks later from Spain and only 1 pair was the correct size. When I asked to return the other 3 pairs, they refused to reimburse me the cost of shipping for those 3 pairs they sent me in the wrong size. They think it's ok that I pay $60 of shipping for one $25 pair of sandals, when they are the ones who made the mistake with the other 3 pairs.

Soy de Colombia. Compré un par de chaquetas deportivas. Sin que yo lo supiera los tiempos de entrega resultaron absurdamente demorados. Se hace el reclamo y empiezan a culpar a la aduana o incluso al mismo comprador. El seguimiento de paquetes no lo actualizan diariamente y pueden pasar días y días y el comprador no sabe dónde está su paquete. La empresa de mensajería 4-72 con la que Tradeinn trabaja, de una forma cínica informa que "el paquete no fue cargado y se entregará con demora" y pasan días y días y no dan razón alguna de qué pasó con la encomienda. No compren en esa empresa TRADEINN y sus filiales, si pueden demanden penalmente a esta empresa por malas prácticas comerciales.

Still waiting for my order to arrive. Had I known that my Rider flip flops were coming from SPAIN I never would have ordered. Now they showed up in the Netherlands. WTH? I am about to dispute the charge with AmEx. Beware! Latest shipping update was a week ago.
Worst company ever. They're A SCAM! I received a jacket after one month. I sent it back and I had to pay over 25 euros because they don't take in charge. The worst part is they didn't accept my return. Now, I'm without the jacket and lost 100 euros! It's impossible to reach their customer care service so TO AVOID AT ANY COST!
Answer: I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Answer: The package was supposed to be in the Netherlands on June 5. Today is June 12 and no update about the location of the package. It should have been shipped directly from Spain to America.
