Love toys "R" us. I have been a faithful customer for almost 9 years now. This has been the place where to find awesome toys and great games, not only for my kids, but also for my family and myself.
I have my paypal account in one mail and my rewards registered to anotherone. Is not after paying that you receive a notification asking you to register you bew account to rewards... which is crazy if you are already logged on into your account and rewards associated... paypal is simply a method of payment doesnt has to log out and overule the rest.
Other than that prices for deals are great. Good timing for free shipping. I guess if they are available from the local store they ship inmediately or something alike. As I normally receive part of the order super fast and the rest take a little longer
Why would anyone with a brain in their head STILL go to this hell-hole of a store, with overpriced and subpar items, when you can shop on Amazon and get the better items for cheaper prices delivered to your day in two days time. Sorry Toys R Us, you're NOT for us!!
The service of VENEX WEB TECH towers over every other company that I have worked with so far. I am not sure Ive ever encountered a service provider that combines professionalism and discipline with sheer technical efficacy the way VENEX WEB TECH does. I would be lying if I say that they have done a good job. Truth is, they have done it so excellently that if other companies accept VENEX WEB TECH'S implicit challenge, the world would be a more better place. I ordered an item from their site recently for my son's FIRST birthday. I ordered it 3+weeks in advance. I received and email stating my order would be delayed... they provided no reason as to why this was happening. Then they stated IF I did not get the item by AUGUST 8th 2017 they would cancel it on my behalf, and process a refund. My son's birthday was waaay before that date. I was devastated. I then played tag with customer support via emails on canceling the order only to have them demand verification... I SUBMITTED WHAT THEY NEEDED... then they tell me it would take 1-3 days for a refund to be processed if approved! Well then when I say ok please put my money back on my card ASAP before I have to use other legal avenues... WALAH magically my order was shipped... Something really shady there. WILL NOT being ordering from them again.
Never had a problem with toys are us. The person below with the bad review, all credit card transactions when made be it at a store or online are immediately processed with what is called an authorization. That Authorization is a block put on the amount of the sale. And it pending the closing of the sale. You can not go to the Gap, buy a pair a jeans and walk out without it. Do you really think the GAP gets your money in their account that instant? No. There is the Security Hold on it. Every credit card company has this and it is stated in your credit card terms and conditions.
Yes toys are us has had items on their site that state in stock and after i complete the order it stated out of stock. Do you realize how big and popular that website is? Do you realize how many websites have affiliations to that site and pull stock rom their inventory. Its possible for them to have it in stock and the next second be out of stock. What if the person before you bought the last one? No one not even manufacturers have an endless supply of stock. Every item at every business eventually is out of stock at one time or another.
People like you should not shop online if you can't understand you are not the only person shopping on a particular website. People like you should not have access to credit cards if you don't understand how they work.
Shopped from their website to purchase toys for my nephew for this Christmas. I was spellbound to see so many varieties of toys. I wish if I could buy all of them. Highly recommended.
They always have a great selection of toys in the stores. The different ones I've been to has been nice and clean. This us literally Toy-Land for kids! Fantastic selection of toys and games!
They have the large assortment, but not the right price. Too many times I've been disappointed with the right toy, too expensive. I can get the same item elsewhere for less.
My children are very excited to go to this Awesome store, and it is a one stop get all store. You can get toys and teaching stuff here.
