No doubt they have a ton of different toys for all ages. The problem I have is the prices they sell stuff at is far more than almost every competitor in my area. So I used to take my kids here a lot but not recently with the price increases over the years.
I was on eBay and ordered a toy for my grandson. When I hit order, I noticed the address was wrong so right away I sent them a message to cancel the order so I could buy it again with the right shipping address. They said they can't cancel the order. I next sent a message to them to please change the shipping address (this was -5minutes after I placed the order) they said they can not change the shipping address. WTH!
Just to say the staff in your Ashton-Under-Lyne branch on Christmas eve were fantastic! Even thought they were rushed off their feet, they served everybody efficiently and respectfully considering they had to work!

I ordered a pram online for £150 will no sighn was told by a very rude employee on the phone "there is nothing I can do" and then hung up. After getting text telling me it will be delivered today then cancelled now it will be next Wednesday, but address is wrong so prob won't turn up, what a crap service. Anyone got any ideqas?

The website advertised this option as 2 day shipping so I would be getting them on Dec 23. Nope. Called both Toys R Us and FedEx numerous times. Instead I was flat out told by FedEx that the packages were never dropped off.
My final call to Toys R Us, I was told nonchalantly that I will be getting them Tuesday. If you guys can't fulfill shipping obligations why lie or advertise it. Now I have to wait until Tuesday for my kids to open up the rest of their gifts.

Great place to buy Christmas and birthday gifts and even buying in the store is a fun experience I had so much fun with my family shopping there
With the price matching option and getting rewards points. I love that place. I go there and buy what i want and look online to check other competitors if they are cheaper then I match and I still get points towards my rewards, much netter than going to the other cheaper store and not getting the points. I just bought a $100 castle for 42.80 matching it with Amazon.
I ordered from them and a week later they tell me it will be on delay. Ha! After I already paid them. Nope. Got my money back and went elsewhere
