I will never buy from this company again. I wouldn't even recommend it to my WORST Enemy. I was really hesitant because I never heard of this company and I should have trusted my gut. We purchased a dining table in November as a Christmas present and didn't receive until 2 months later. We went out of town for a week and when we came back and opened it up, one of the pedestals were broken. I said to myself surly they would fix this since it was not my fault. I emailed them twice and never responded. I then called and talked to MJ and she assured me they would make this right and to fill out a claim. I filled out the claim
And then Mariela emailed me that we were supposed to let them know within 48 hours of delivery and they would not do anything since it was over that time, even when I stated we were out of town. I never this policy when I

Asked to speak to the supervisor and she stated they can call their repair person and they can offer me a discount of $85 an hour to repair an already broken table. Chloe stated she was the shipping manager and then I asked to speak to the customer relations manager and she stated she was that manager as well and there was no one above her that can do anything about fixing this issue. Chloe did not even bother to compromise and the offer she made about calling their repair person, when they would still charge me $85 was absurd. If it was $50 I would understand, but it was over $1,000. Also the extra money we spent on a two year warranty was a joke and they would not even cover it under that. This was all highly upsetting and that is why I said to stay clear of this company because they don't back their product up. I included a picture of the broken and of

If only I could give negative stars! I purchased the Rahul table for $816 total. The said table stained/damaged my rug and the furniture company declined to recognize the damage saying "No this is not considered a defect. We have not seen any claims for this issue since the table has been introduced. Our product team advised that it is incidental/environmental and not under our warranty." even though their warranty clearly states "TOV will, at its discretion, repair or replace any piece of furniture that is found to be defective in material or workmanship.". I returned the item and are still being charged a return fee of $340.In addition i wrote a review about the low quality of this highly priced product ( twice) and they have not posted it online, which i consider dishonest and deceptive to customers, considering they mentioned they haven't received any claims since the table was introduced.

I purchased three stools from this company that were each over $300. Two of the stools arrived in tact, while one arrived damaged. When my interior designer reached out to them, they told her it was beyond their 72-hour complaint window, so there was nothing they could do. 72-Hour window to file a claim with a furniture company! It took them approximately that long to reply to the complaint. HORRIBLE customer service and policies.
