I purchased three stools from this company that were each over $300. Two of the stools arrived in tact, while one arrived damaged. When my interior designer reached out to them, they told her it was beyond their 72-hour complaint window, so there was nothing they could do. 72-Hour window to file a claim with a furniture company! It took them approximately that long to reply to the complaint. HORRIBLE customer service and policies.
