Top Secret Equipment

I purchased an Olympic 4 post car stacking lift from a dealer in Arlington Washington. The quality of the lift is excellent. I liked it so much I bought a second one from them. This one is a high rise storage lift that allows me to park my truck under it. Both lifts are great and the dealer Top Secret Equipment was good to deal with. I recommend them and Olympic lifts to everyone I know. I asked a lot of questions before making my purchases and the sales people were quick to respond and knowledgeable. The customer service from this company is some of the worst. The lower level are polite but when it needs to go to management Pete is very unprofessional and hung up on me and threatened to void my warranty if I left any reviews on their site. I have never heard this from a company before. Their tech made an error and they wanted us to pay the $300 to fix it. We had already had to pay for parts damaged during shipping and they told us to deal with the shipper. Not a company I will do business with again.

Purchased a lift and 24 hours later cancelled and now they want to charge a fee for cancelling for product that is not even in this country yet. Website says full refund but only for product purchased at full price but ALL of their products are allegedly priced at a discount so their written policy it is a clear scam and even though I was told a full refund was their policy for cancelled product they now want 7% to refund my money. Clearly a poorly run scam that needs government investigation. If there was less than one star this company earned it.

I purchased the ******* lb 4 post alignment lift and a 2 post ******* lb lift. The shipping took longer than expected, but the ports are having issues. I just got the lifts and only have one set up, but the quality is apparent. They ought to last a long time, Thank you Ryan and team at Top Secret Equipment!

I had a shipping problem with the shipper actually stabbed my lift with a forklift, looked like most of everything was there (most importantly had the shipper sign for damage) everything else was a breeze because I followed the instructions on in case there was damage in shipping. Top Secret was more accommodating then they had to be. Plus, the second time I had to call and get more parts because I discovered more was damaged then I originally told them. Wasn't a problem, they sent me everything I needed to get my lift up and going with new parts. As for the lift it has worked perfectly and I'm super happy with it, for the money it definitely was worth it. Customer service is a huge plus!

First time I've ever done business with Top Secret, Just bought a Gold Series HDXL Two-Vehicle Standard Width Storage Lift 10,000 LB off them and even paid for them to come and do the install.

I love the lift and Pete was amazing provided impeccable service answers all of my questions and even called to make sure everything went right which it did.
