It was a great experience to have someone professional help you rewrite your resume. Julia was my writer and she was very quick with the edits and overall was a professional writer. I still need to see if the money spent to revise the resume is worthy, since I havent had a chance submit my resume yet.
Daniel did any excellent job on my Resume and cover letter. I am thrilled with the results. I did pay to have my Linked in Profile updated, but in hindsight it was kind of a waste. Once I had my resume in hand, it went without saying that the information on the resume just needed to match on my profile. All I was provided was a document with suggestions which can be found anywhere on line and directions to copy my resume information over to my profile.
They did deliver what I paid for; a solid unimaginitive resume. They were even fairly quick about it. They sent my first draft on a Friday morning. I replied within hours, and have still not heard back. It is now Monday afternoon. So... Friday through Friday, with no contact for over two days. I guess that makes the revision period a non-benefit in my opinion. UPDATE- it is now Wednesday, I have two days left of my review period, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I am downgrading from 3 stars to 1 star for this reason. Will not ever use again, and will not recommend.

Based off the feedback I received from the free review I knew there were some changes that needed to be made. Before continuing with the paid services I did my research to make sure this was the right investment. Once I received my writer I was unhappy with the first draft and express that to my trail writer who was instantly responded to see why I was unhappy. The customer service was great which played a major role in the turnaround of my experience. Once I express my concerns to the writer my next draft was a complete 180. I am very happy with the finish product and service even with the slight hiccups
Their work was spectacular. Far better than I could do, especially with all the new resume screening software employers use. The turn-around-time was great. I am looking forward to positive results from their great work!
Helpful advice was given to me on ways to improve my resume in a direct manner. I learned a lot and although since I'm a student and busy with school that I didn't have time to talk over my feedback with the person who gave it to me, the feedback given for my resume was exceptional. Thanks!
I looked at several companies to help me rewrite my resume and found a wide variance of not only cost but how I felt about the representatives that I spoke to. Resume took a few iterations but in the end I was satisfied with the final result. The cover letter seems a bit dry and could use work but it gets the the point, and Im willing to try it. The format of the resume is better than what I was using, as is most of the content.
My writer gave me my first draft in three days, I could tell my writer made some improvement but it's still not in good shape( My writer changed my resume to 1.5 page, which is weird).
For the second draft, my resume was extended to two pages by adding some my projects.
My writer rephrase my word in a more professional way which I think is the most useful part.

I appreciated the fresh take on my original resume and the questionnaire. However, the feedback I gave the writer after the first draft wasn't really incorporated into the final draft. I'm not sure if it was because my notes were too granular and specific which made them difficult to incorporate in a more generic format or if the writer just missed them.
I was satisfied enough with the first draft so I will incorporate the specific changes I was looking for on my own.
