I got them to do a resume for me and all them really did was re-word the resume I already had. It do not highlight any of my qualifications. There were misspelled words in it. The cover letter was worse than the resume. Neither the resume nor the cover letter was applicable for the job title I was applying for. They will not give a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON.

Very informative for improvements on resumes. The further more I read into my review, the more detailed it got. The best thing I liked was how they illustrated what recruiters see on their end and also what systems they have in place that automizes our resumes for review or reject.
This was the worst experience I have had with a company. They have a no-refund policy! Beware. My writer was out sick and after trying to reach them I got an email that they did not know their writer was sick. They missed the deadlines of drafts, and the connected me with a writer who just put something together. IF you are an executive or higher level job seeker do not use them. This is not a company you want to put your faith in for your career.
