I don't know who you people are giving 5's but this place is a scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and then are quick to say that they are busy and have not forgotten about you! During a questionnaire it said I could add files or comments later. Well when I tried to add my cover letter, there was no where to upload it. I emailed support and they said you cannot upload it once the questionnaire is done but you can email it to us. Well I stil have not heard from anyone. Well since that email I am still waiting for something. I am unemployed and thought this would be helpful to land more interviews. I didn't have the money to spend on this service but figured it was a good idea. Obviously I would have been better putting $140 on lottery tickets. There has been no correspondence since the email and they will not refund your money. You will need to go dispute it with your bank. I am watching jobs post and be taken down. Do not use! Do not use! Do not use!

After submitting my resume for a critique and receiving the feedback that I did, I knew that my resume needed help. At first I thought that I could fix it myself, however, since I am being very persistent in this certain job position, I wanted to make sure that I had a top-notch resume. I would have never thought about paying someone a great amount of money to fix my resume, but I felt that it was necessary in this case. Stacy, who revised my resume, did a great job. She stayed in contact with me throughout the process; getting information to fill in any gaps that she saw. If I had any suggestions or ideas, I would e-mail them to her, and she would respond in a timely manner. My resume looks so much better and I am almost embarrassed to even look at my old one. I feel confident that I made the right choice with this company, and I will refer this company to others who need assistance and want to get on the right foot with their career and job pursuits.

I had the free resume review performed by *. There were some good points, but it was quite obvious that the initial review is just a sales pitch. I've had my resume reviewed by more than one service and got a lot better feedback that was quite honestly completely opposite from the suggestions provided. It is clear the first review comes back sounding like your resume is complete and total crap that NEEDS their services. It's smoke and mirrors.
TopResume is a scam unless your resume is for general labor, and why would you use this service then anyway.

My writer, Deborah, did a great job absorbing my introductory email that I submitted with two resume versions, that I included when I placed my order. She instinctively knew how to pull it all together and created better phrases and words, and overall painted a better picture of my accomplishments, skills and experiences. Overall, she really knew how to read my current resume, take that along with my lengthy email, and understand what were my accomplishments and skills, and put that together in a better, more updated, and better looking resume. My experience with TopResume was beyond outstanding. I was so exhausted and frustrated because I continuously received rejection letter to jobs that I was beyond qualified. Number 16 was when I decided to let them evaluate my resume to tell me what they see/employers see when they run my resume through their software. Not only was it completely wrong, but it also stated that I was someone else. This was very frustrating. After those results, I decided to go ahead and purchase the Executive Priority package (on Friday late afternoon). It had a two business day turnover but, they had my resume, cover letter, LinkedIn Account and Thank you Letter pretty perfected. We did add some additional changes but, that was only because what I wanted to gear my career on in the hospitality industry. I just posted the first draft resume just to see what happened, and I received ten phone calls. It was unreal! I received so many interviews within the first week that I had to deny many. I have refused jobs, was in bidding wars, etc. However, I still did not want to go into that side of the industry. There were so many endless career opportunities and Job offers I did not know what to do.
When the final draft arrived, I used it, and my LinkedIn, Email, and Phone kept blowing up. I interviewed with my dream job title (on last Friday 5/6), which had 500+ applicants. I received an email yesterday (5/9) that they want to HIRE ME! I honestly do not think it would have been possible to land that job or even the interview without TopResumes. I am beyond certain if I ever need any help with any aspect of my resume, I will contact them. Additionally, I have already had several friends that I have shared this incredible companies information with telling me that they have started the process and already receiving many job opportunities.

I was applying for jobs for months, but there was no phone call for job interview at all ( I guess I did a bad job on writing resume myself). I decided to asked for help from TopResume. Georgi was my writer. He sent me the first draft with all the information I need, and asked if I need to add more additional information to the first draft. At that time, there were 2 positions opened at 2 major companies that I really like. I just used the first draft of the resume to apply for jobs because I did not have that much time to wait for the second draft. I got 2 phone calls from them for job interviews right after 4 days. If you are looking for a fantastic resume this is the place to get it. Top resume are fast, efficient and very friendly. I am 60 and most of my working life I didn't need a resume and I had no idea how to right one so I got top resume to do this for me and I couldn't be happier. The only problem I have found is some employers adds want your resume to be under 500mb long and mine is longer but this is not too big an issue as it works fine for most jobs I apply for.

I had to first wait for a couple weeks before I got my resume written. Although they did offer the choice to cancel the order when the resume was getting delayed I didn't want to do it with the hope that the output will be good. But that was not so

And didn't add any great value to the resume. I rewrote it all over again. She didn't even call me or had any discussion with me for inputs
A very impersonal resume. I am very disappointed with the result. Not money's worth at all.
