One thing I like about this company or the consultant assisting me is the promptness. Even on weekends when I sent my email responses late in the evening, I get swift response early the next day. My resume looks very professional as a result of their revisions.
I highly recommend this service. I really believe that they helped me to make it through the computer screening of my online applications so that a real person viewed my resume and reached out to me to schedule an interview. I paid for the cover letter and resume re-write and the writer was very helpful in listening to exactly what I wanted. I missed the deadline for the edit, but there wasn't really anything I'd want to change based on what was provided for me. For $189 it gives me a good outline of what I need, should I want/need to make updates or changes in the future. I feel the writer they paired me with understood exactly what I wanted and delivered within the outlined timeframes. I had a recruiter review and she loved it and didn't recommend any changes.
