I wouldn't even recommend anyone doing any type of business with your company. I practically adjusted everything myself on the resume. Doesn't make any sense to pay $300 and I have to fix your errors. What's the purpose of your service? Oh wait, it's to make a resume! Well, did I really have someone make me one or was my resume generated by a software? Either way, it should've been revised which it wasn't. Feel like I got scammed out of my pocket. Good luck ripping others off!

I have been a medical device sales rep & manager for over 10 years and have had more or less the same Resume for years. I needed a fresh look and far better wording to express my accomplishments and achievements, and went with the Executive Priority service. Not only was the project interactive, but I could never imagined how well my Resume would turn out. Also, I was able to freshen up my LinkedIn profile to match my Resume and have a streamlined "brand" for myself. I would recommend TopResume to EVERYONE as it is not only easy and interactive, but so much more than a person could do on their own.

I paid to use their resume service and paid extra for expedited service. After the expedited time period had passed, I still had not heard from anyone at Top Resume. I had to reach out to figure out what was going on and finally, it was assigned to someone AFTER the agreed upon expedited time period that I was supposed to receive my resume. I have requested a refund on the fee I paid to have the resume expedited 3 times now and have gone mostly ignored. The only contact I have had regarding the refund was one email where they tried to give me another service for free that I have no use for. Since I turned down that offer, it has been radio silence. Oh and I ordered everything sept 24th and still have not received a completed resume.

The customer service here is terrible and I could not recommend this service to anyone for the price they are charging.

I submitted my resume for a first free review through Glassdoor and the feedback I received was somewhat helpful, but it was very vague and unclear. I replied with clarifying questions to the expert who reviewed my resume and they were completely unhelpful. All they did was send me links to TopResumes documentation on sample resumes. This already demonstrates that they are not willing to help clarify their initial feedback for you unless you pay for their service. Why should I pay if you cant even prove you'll improve my resume with one example? I asked how they would rephrase a bullet point from my resume showing me as an achiever as opposed to a doer. The expert said they were unable to provide a detailed rundown on how to improve my resume. Well, you clearly could've done a better job providing a detailed rundown in the first feedback instead of some vague nonsense that doesnt even let me know specifically where I can improve. Glad I didnt pay a penny for their useless service.

I had been struggling to find the career that I wanted and the pay that I desired. I decided to research Resume writing companies to see if it would be worth the cost to get a professionally written resume. I looked into TopResume and right from the start they were extremely professional and accurate. Soozy, was outstanding in making sure that she contacted me every step of the way, trying to make sure that my resume reflected my career highlights as well as my skill set. She was truly exceptional in the way she handled everything and as a result I got a Relationship Manager position with Bank of America. Definitely worth the cost!

Less stressed & more focused. I first used TopResume to receive a free Resume Critique. Their feedback really opened my eyes to how employers seek talent these days. It also showed me that my resume was seriously lacking. I knew I needed to rewrite my resume but, to me, that task was so intimidating, I didn't & couldn't get started. I was paralyzed by the stress of it. I then employed TopResume to rewrite my resume for me. The process was so easy! From start to finish I was thoroughly pleased with my personal resume writer, Armand. He went above & beyond & provided an exceptional finished product.

I am on the academic job market and used TopResume to revise my CV. They could not have done a worse job. The first version came back with countless errors and in the wrong format. I had to send them a link so that they would reformat my CV correctly. The second version was even worse than the first: besides leaving out critical information, random words and phrases (e.g. "RITE AID" and "DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE") were inserted throughout. I had to spend over seven hours of my own time and effort reformatting my resume. When I reached out to TopResume's "customer service" their response was that they are a "fully collaborative service" and that they would be happy to match me with another resume specialist. They continue to ignore my requests for a refund (I paid $199). Do yourself a favor and use another company. I used TopResume because they were recommended by an academic career website, but they clearly do NOT know what they are doing and are a scam. STAY AWAY!

After receiving the free critique of my resume a few days ago and the follow up emails recommending me to collaborate with them, I posted a negative review of Top Resume regarding their approach to me as a possible future client of them. They contacted me apologizing and offering me their support if I needed it. I decided not to collaborate with them for the moment because I rewrote my CV following their suggestions, but my opinion about them has improved because they contacted me and answered my questions. Taking into account that many companies dont answer negative feedbacks nowadays, I think this demonstrates that they want to improve their customer care experience. I cant talk about the quality if their work because I dont know it, they hadnt written my CV. What I can say is that their review determined me to rewrite my CV and I think its much better now.

I had a great experience with TopResume and my write Tami. Amazing service and my resume was professionally done. Once i provided my information, the rough draft of my resume was sent to me within a day. I would definitely share this service with my colleagues and will use, in the future, to update my resume. Dominque A. Was my writer and did a great job on my resume. They asked a few clarifying questions to be sure they had a understanding of my accomplishments to produce the first draft. If I had questions the response time was quick. After a few minor adjustments the second draft was sent. Dominque was extremely accommodating and did everything to make me happy. The end result was a very professional resume that was appealing to the eye marketing my experience better than I could. I would Highly recommend Topresume.
