I was deceived on a paper I submitted. I requested a full paper and provided an example of what I needed. The paper I provided was rewritten against my instructions and I failed the assignment. I paid over $400 dollars when the paper WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE. MY INSTRUCTIONS WERE SPECIFICALLY NOT TO REWRITE THE PAPER AND THATS WHAT THEY DID. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A PLAGIARIZED PAPER.
I am upset because they will not redo the paper nor refund my money. I have had simple essays done with very little problems, but this was a major assignment that can keep me from graduating. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!

I was short on resources for one of the chapters of my doctoral paper so I decided to use some help.
I requested a doctoral-level paper containing quoted critics reviews with reference.

What I got was a very poor document with very poor English by a writer who has no knowledge of the subject and who only provided dictionary explanations for the terms with no analysis or quotes as requested.

After assigning it to a new writer for review (from top 10% group), the writing language was corrected a little bit, but the contents remained the same with no quotations as requested.

I sent a request for my money back to support department, They sent it to their quality assurance department and concluded that the paper "still can be used as a basis". They offered me 25% refund of my money.

The dispute is still undergoing and I am not sure where or when it will settle.

Update:
After having lots of debates with their customer support, I was sure I will reach nowhere. So I filed a complaint on PayPal and notified the support team with this complaint.

I got no response for the complaint I raised on PayPal from their side, and after the response time allowed for their response passed without any interaction from their side, I finally got my money back.

During Christmas holiday I was unable to do my assignment due to family issues so my friend suggest it to me to use online services which first time I heard about it. Anyway I submitted my assignment to this website on 4th of December and deadline was 14th of December and I paid 91$. I have not received my assignment until 23rd of December with poor quality and has not meet requirements so that is why i failed my course. SO PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU USE THIS WEBSITE!
And I wish someone had told me this before
