I had the worst experience with top essay writing.
I paid $40 for my paper, 5 days in advance of due date, the writer waited until 3 hours before the due time, and started making excuses saying I need to pay for more pages, after I refused, he was supposed to give me my revised paper by 10:10, he didn't I kept calling and they told me he is gonna be done in 20 mins, I called back in 40 mins, they said he's gonna be done in 10 mins, it was already 11:45 and my paper was supposed to be submitted by 11:59, yet they haven't give me any paper! I insisted I want my money back, due to their money back guarantee policy regarding the late delivery, they completely canceled my paper! I called and they said "the due time is passed, and you say the paper is useless, and you want a refund, why should we give you the paper? "smh! I told them I paid for a service and you should delivery my paper, the refund request is about the late delivery, so they activated my paper again, they told me the writer will be done in 2 hours, I slept since it was 2 in the morning, I woke up the day after, the paper wasn't still there! I called again, first hey told me "the writer had an issue with his laptop then they told me he fell asleep last night " WTF! So he couldnt work on my order! I lost my grade, I got a 0, and I paid 40$ for that. The day after I asked for a refund again, after they gave me a $#*!ty late paper, they offered $1.80 credit to my account, I am so upset, and I dont know what to do! I want them to pay for what they did, I would like to say stay away, most of the papers are plagiarized, they dont do the revisions carefully, and they are definitely dont care about their client satisfaction and money at all!

I don't even know where to begin with how awful this business truly is. I ordered a simple CC essay that was suppose to be 5 pages. I gave the clearest and lengthiest instructions I could possibly give and an example essay written by myself. The FIRST writer did not follow instructions whatsoever, the paper came out with several grammatical errors and the sentences were random facts about the topic. The paper was revised several times with instructions still not followed, errors in the paper, and appeared to be written by someone in elementary school. I then, had a SECOND writer take the order and attempt to write a simple paper... THE PAPER WAS LATE! CONFIRMED PLAGIARIZED straight from google. The website claims to have a plagiarism checker and guarantees that no papers are plagiarized. IT IS COPIED WORD FOR WORD. I have contacted the website about getting the refund for my money and it has been the worst hassle that I can imagine someone would go through with a company. They expect you write them an "essay" about all the mistakes and quality of paper to receive a refund, when they can see the quality of paper and every complaint you have in messages to the writer. It is very clear everything wrong with the paper as you will write your complaints to the writer several times if you order a paper through them. The website allows the writers to submit anything they want and will try to keep YOUR money no matter the quality. Please save yourself from this website and write your own paper before you end up out of $70 dollars and a paper that is plagiarized on your due date. You will not make a worse mistake. I question the legality of their websites claim to screen papers for plagiarism. If that were the case, there is no way my paper would have passed any screening as the first sentence will pull up the entire article the paper was plagiarized from!

The writer has very high language skills. My essay was improved a lot after the rewriting.

When I don't know how something to write well I use assistance of this writing company!

I did look them up beforehand for any scam reviews, but none came up, not until now. Apparently there isn't much about them!

The writer tricks you into thinking they're "professional". I thought so whenever I communicated with him over the unique messaging system on the site, asking for info on the essay. He replied in crisp grammatical-free replies. He seemed highly educated. I was wrong...

It's typical dark Indian trash. I am East Asian and have had the pleasure of having kind genial Indian neighbours, but these ones are truly trashy. They are uncouth vipers, degenerate and loathsome in their lying nature. It's disgusting…Makes you wonder why more than half of India is such a frightful mess. Stay away...

I was very excited to purchase one of your custom essays, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.

On your website you guarantee, "Writers are MA/MS or Ph. Ddegree holders", yet the quality of my essay is not Junior College grade at all. It is elementary at best. I see no other way to describe it in polite terms.

Here are a few examples of shocking grammatical mistakes throughout the essay:

However, government is supposed to play its role in resolving the matter by spreading awareness about the vulnerability to social networks. On the other hand, the administration of social networks should make sure that their servers are secured from any sort of hacking and data leak threat.

I thought I was imagining things, but apparently I was not.

It is obvious the writer is not a native English writer/speaker, but likely someone outsourced from India/Pakistan or elsewhere in the Third World. I have personally dealt with such people in the past so I clearly understand their propensities...

Either you begin hiring educated American English writers/speakers or none at all...

What has been done is that the TopEssayWriting team has lied to me.

I am asking for a partial refund as the quality isn't at all what I expected.

On a softer note, the essay has done a fair job of explaining the original objective, but the failure in the Junior-college level-grade quality is inexcusable.
