This site is a joke. You will NOT get paid, don't be fooled by their high cash back rebates. You will not get it. They cost me a lot of money. I have used Ebates and Mr. Rebates for 9 years now. I signed up for TopCashBack because they advertised higher cash Back rates than anywhere else. There is a reason for that, they keep it all. I know how to use Cash back sites and used TopCashBack the same as always. It's pretty simple but they make it harder than it has to be. Well over half, probably 75% of my Rebates were not given to me. I made about 20 transactions and maybe got 5 of them, all for small amounts. I make so many purchases online and I don't have time to babysit these kind of websites. I opened up claims to get my cashback but there was always some excuse not to pay me. It's not worth my time to get all the required info to PROVE my rebate. I shouldn't have to prove anything, your website should work as intended. I rarely if ever have issues with Ebates or Mr. Rebates so I'm sticking with them. Please don't believe any positive reviews you read about topcashback because there is no way they are real reviews. Trust me it is not worth your time or lost money to hopefully get a few extra % back. I closed my account with them. Hopefully someone shuts them down or starts a class action lawsuit against them because they deserve it and I will be the first one to sign up for the lawsuit.
Topcashback, this is a good service of cashbacks and shops. Buying through topcashback, you make profitable deals. I really enjoy shopping with topcashback
I have given one star as I cannot give zero, numerous claims not tracked, numerous excuses, avoid! I have now closed premium and looking to close full account.

I feel like I buy gift cards a lot. But now I always check top cashback! Near instant delivery, and I always see my cash back in my account shortly thereafter.
I use 5 different cash back apps and this by far has the longest payout wait. 98% of the time I chose a lower cash back offer on an app that has a better payout system.

First off I only have one account and invite alot of my friends and family to join and they all did cashback offers and I guess since I referred too many people they saying I have multiple accounts which is a big lie yall just dont want to pay my $430 worth of referral bonus to me yall are liars and I hope this scam site get shutdown and go to hell!

I had a $20 cash back that it didn't have an expiration date and when I wanted to use it I found out that is expired and I looked and their website to contact them they don't have a way to do that until I found this website that I don't know if it's gonna help or not but I will never use their website again

This is the worst cash back site ever, they advertise offers and once you order, they seem unable to track the purchase. This is a scam, use as a last resort and the customer service is horrible!

We rely on retailers' tracking networks to report transactions back to us, but as with anything technical, there will be odd occasions where tracking may fail. Does not award cashback. Frustrating process to verify you did actually order results in additional frustration still missing your cashback. They like to add insult to injury.

Lots of times the merchant doesn't acknowledge the cashback, but Top Cashback will work to get the money for you. Rates are quite good as well. Recommended.

Did not give me cash back on some of my purchases. All they did was give me excuses why they did not track. I recommend using Rakuten, they are awesome, everything tracks correctly.

The topcashback was really easy to use. When I purchase an item on the website or app the cash back goes right into my wallet on the app to use later on.
The cashback for the gift card purchase is very quick within two weeks, much earlier than expected. The delivery of the gift card through email is instant.
You won't get the cash back as they promise. They said they didn't get money from the merchants even you follow their rules. Then they tell you the cash back is extra and it is not guaranteed!

Answer: I'm a glutton for punishment. So, my view of a success story may differ from your tastes. I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. I'm sorry to read you haven't had a positive experience, but we certainly do not 'keep all of the cashback' as you have claimed. TopCashback, unlike many cashback sites, operate a 100% model. This means that we pass on 100% of the commission we receive for your sale back to you, the member, by way of cashback. If a retailer declined cashback, this is not our decision. Cashback is funded by the retailers, so if they decide that your transaction was ineligible for cashback they will not award us a commission for your sale. Our claims team will investigate missing or declined cashback for our members and we will dispute on your behalf, but if the retailer declined a claim we will relay that decision back to you. Ultimately if a retailer declined to pass on cashback to us, we have no cashback to pass onto you.
You can improve your tracking rate by ensuring that you follow the terms and conditions set-out by your chosen retailer. This information is clearly displayed on each merchant's page on our website.
