Overall with topcashback.com I have a good experience. Being a nurse student topcashback helped me to save money with my online purchases. In only couple of months I saved around 150$. Also it is great that it offers in addition coupons for the accesed retailer on top of the cash back.
I wish in the future to have a more variety of retailers when I cash my earnings, for example Starbucks( a nurse needs her coffee)

I took advantage of an HBO offer this past summer. As I understand the issue from multiple sources it appears that HBO made a mistake when they transmitted an offer to the cash back sites, and have refused to honor their offer to the sites. I've heard that many other sites are, in turn, refusing to honor their offer to the customer. It took a long time for me, but TCB has honored their commitment. I don't think it gets any better than this.
I have been using TCB since it was first launched. I have had missing cashbacks in the past but I didn't bother. Until recently they refuse to pay cashback for the $35 Walmart deal. It was obvious that it was for everyone when I used the link. However as I found out the amount tracked was way less than promised, I reached out to TCB and they refused to honor the deal. They told me that the deal was for new customers only but the page has no indication of that at all.
I kindly told them on 10/26 that there's another freebie page that has no mention of new customer and it was working. They secretly changed it and told me oh it was actually for new customer only. That is just ridiculous.
If people aren't using TopCashBack then they are truly missing out. I'm a shopaholic and this site allows me to save money. I love all the promo codes and the fun games they have going on. The customer service is also great. Highly recommend using them this holiday season and really all year round!
Garbage company. Took forever to give a resolution and then blamed the company for their fraud. Stay far away, I will for now on.

I am not sure what you're referring to however I can say that sometimes when sorting issues out with merchants it can take quite a while, but we always do try to get to the bottom of any issues and do what is right for our members, so we never engage in any acts of fraud I can assure you that.

I've been with Topcashback for several years now and it has been really rewarding. They usually have the best cashback offers plus they make it fun and exciting with regular giveaways. And they always have regular bonus offers so I always think of Topcashback first before I do any online shopping!

I successfully did the HBO Max deal from several months ago for a large chunk back from an annual subscription. HBO Max reneged on the Cashback for unknown reasons, but Too Cashback came through like champs because I followed all of the T's & C's. They will be my Cashback portal from now on because of this.
