Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include: -If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction -Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction -Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback. -Using ad-blockers on your browser These are only suggestions, however, as the retailer does not advise us which of these is applicable in your particular case. As this is the retailer's final decision, I'm afraid this isn't something we can dispute further. For any future purchases we'd recommend to clear cookies prior to logging-in to your account and avoid the use of coupons unless you see the code posted on our site.
