I have been using TCB since it was first launched. I have had missing cashbacks in the past but I didn't bother. Until recently they refuse to pay cashback for the $35 Walmart deal. It was obvious that it was for everyone when I used the link. However as I found out the amount tracked was way less than promised, I reached out to TCB and they refused to honor the deal. They told me that the deal was for new customers only but the page has no indication of that at all.
I kindly told them on 10/26 that there's another freebie page that has no mention of new customer and it was working. They secretly changed it and told me oh it was actually for new customer only. That is just ridiculous.
