Absolute disgrace. I bought a new boiler & only used BOXT & TC because of the money back I would get. After months of enquires & delays, they just deleted my claim with no explanation. The only response I received was a not valid ‘duplicate claim' which was generated each time I chased up the cashback.
I cannot warn people enough to avoid these con artists like the plague. My only other regret is that I cannot score minus points on here. Next stop, social media & Trading Standards.

Hard to draw money outScam website. My Account was created in March. And I referred my family members and got referrals bonus. It was approved and in November, I wanted to draw money out. A email was sent to me saying multiple accounts created and threaten to close all accounts. Why not said so when accounts were just created in March?! It is recommended not to use them. Just too much hustle to deal with them. I have same with ShopBack and Cashrewards with no issues to draw money. Just avoid it!

Undoubtedly, the cashback is higher than the other websites [except some stores.] The earnings from referral and signup are also great. I had referral signup from one of the sites, I had whopping 25$ as a signup bonus. And though there is no minimum threshold for the payout, you have to wait as long as 4-5 months for your earnings to be confirmed and payable, and that s*cks.
Pros:
1. High CB

3. No payout threshold
Cons:
1. Have to wait as long as 4-5 months for earnings to be payable
2. Minimum 10$ in CB for the referral bonus to be confirmed.
I purchased from 24s with 10% cash back on topcashback. I saw $65 in my account on the day I did the purchase but got logged out next day. I contacted the customer service. First they asked for a receipt for the transaction. After they want my IDs and then asked for my passport. After I refused for upload my passport they wouldn't look into it for me. This website is not hornor to what it said.

If you use TopCashBack don't fail for the extra % if you redeem a giftcard my account got hacked and someone redeemed $82usd worth of Sephora giftcards. I had tried to use it the day before and added it to my Sephora account and the next day when i went to order the balances were zero. They couldve cancelled those giftcards and reissued it to the account and the shipments at Sephora wouldn't have been shipped. I contacted them and they said no other IP adresses have logged in and that either the "hackers had access to my phone" or that no such occurance happened. I sent them screen shots of a bunch of ip addresses trying to log into my email. My email and paypal ended up hacked. Apparently my account is secure and another account isn't needed. Also if you try to use those promotions of get $3 extra that never applies (you can even see that its an on going issue)
Overall $#*!ty customer service who accused me of lying.

Three months ago Rick Broida (Cheapskate) recommended TopCashBack. So, I joined, and carefully went through the process to get $20 back. I purchase ink from Best Buy, being careful to go through Cashback first, as specified.
Well, it is three months later, and not only did I not get $20, this possibly fraudulent company does not even show my having made that purchase!
TopCashBack needs to change its name to NoCashBack.

Per other respondents, I filed a ticket with TopCashBack and I actually did get my $20 after all. So, I am elevating my score from one star to two stars. I was tempted to go to three stars, but a company that can't even get your first cashback claim should still be in the spotlight until it either straightens out or goes out of busines.

I use the site often, but have to submit missing cashback claims every month. They keep adding restrictions on when you can "claim" for their mistakes. Not too early, and then suddenly it's too late.

I'm a big online shopper and I love being able to earn cashback here! Cashing out is easy and there are even bonuses for selecting giftcards from certain merchants.
Did 3 big transactions with aliexpress and banggood over a 3 months span and during that time, all my items were shipped more than a month and each time I contacted them, they would say the following:
"We do everything we can to help our members get the cashback on their purchases however I'm afraid that there is little more we are able to do for AliExpress purchases since they aren't accepting our missing cashback claims."
If you know these retailers like aliexpress and banggood cannot accept your missing cashback claims, then why have them as a partner, to begin with. All 3 answers were identical as if a bot is answering these or customer services have canned responses to just copy and paste to customers.
I will completely stupid enough to think that their site offering much higher cashback compared to others like rakuten etc... Now I know why they do that, it's all pure deceiving and unethical practices, not sure why they are still in business.
P. S: All their positive reviews are bought and are probably fake, please don't be fooled as I did.

To answer your question, we still partner with merchants that don't offer claims because we still like to give our members the opportunity to earn the cash back that's being offered. If we did not include them on site our members would not be able to collect any cash back from their transactions. With that said, we provide a disclaimer on any merchants that do not accept claims so that our members know upon making a transaction that they cannot submit a claim, should the instance occur in which their cash back has not tracked. It is up to each member to decide if they are okay with this prior to transacting. If cash back is not tracking there is usually a reason behind it that is outside of the merchant and rather has to do with browser settings, cookies, cache, etc. that can be easily resolved. I would say it takes a long time to have your credits payable - but that might never happen and need to change to 'it never pays out' as I'm 3 months in and everything is still pending.

Not sure why but after using cashback websites for a few years, TopCashback is the only one that continues to make it difficult when it comes to paying back. As a new user, the TopCashback was normal just like any other website, however, after almost a year of using them, there is always some sort of problem when it comes to claiming missing cash or transactions. Its always either the vendor is not paying or the user did something incorrect. Interesting enough though, they are the only company I continue to have problems with. After my first problem claiming cash, I have made sure to use a completely new page, cookies cleared, etc before clicking the icon on their website, so the odds of it being a problem on my end are very small. Made a similar purchase a few months ago through a different cashback app with the same vendor and they paid out with no problem. At this point, I have no intentions of using them again, regardless of what percentage they offer on cashback, since there is a high possibility, you won't receive anything anyways

I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include: -If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction -Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction -Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback. -Using ad-blockers on your browser These are only suggestions, however, as the retailer does not advise us which of these is applicable in your particular case.
