Still awaiting my payout for doing surveys for this company.I have been doing surveys for this company for many years. This keeps happening.

Not good at choosing surveys for you to do and the pay out is extremely slow and it says minimum £5 when actually it's 15 for the first one

A smooth running site & it credits your progress on games, but I have waited now for a while for vouchers that I have redeemed it says 2-3 business days but no payment sadly.

I did everything I was asked and waited for voucher as requested and still am. And can't get any real communication from support center

Unpaid game installs, took 15 years to cash out. 20 minutes for a survey to be told I'm ineligible, then get a spin to win 0 or 1p. Unable to get hold of customer service EVER when I have had questions or been unhappy. Waste of time.

The ability to make money is cool but the website and advertising is misleading. To be able to redeem any gift the website states it is a minimum "£5" required in your balance to get a gift card. Untrue! The minimum is £15 and I don't understand why the developers can't be honest. The turnaround takes too long and considering how long it takes to get to the £15 minimum, it is frustrating to get there and have to wait for the developers to get themselves in gear. It's not on! Things need to change

I applied for an Amazon gift voucher earlier this week but it has no arrived yet today they emailed asking for a review of the cash out can't believe it.very poor experience so far will update if my voucher ever appears

If you're simply taking part for fun in a few spare minutes this is fine but in my case wouldn't be suitable if you want or need regular pocket-money. It's taken ages to reach the level where I can claim a £10 Tesco voucher but I was determined to get there. The voucher hasn't appeared yet and I may soon start to get anxious.

I received this review request as I had requested a cash out, a cash out I am yet to receive: In comparison to other sites who do exactly the same thing, telling me 10 business days for a simply Paypal transfer just means your own infrastructure is lacking. I appreciate you are expecting to be dealing with a smaller audience, localising yourself to the UK, but it doesn't take over a week to setup a simple Paypal transfer.

I should add that several offers haven't tracked, so not sure what your system relies on but some app devs may not wish to pay out fees after a particular limit, so Inboxpounds.co.uk may be pushing invalid offers, absent-mindedly or maliciously.

I have been using InboxPounds for 10 months now and enjoy using this excellent site and participating in the things it has to offer. These include OFFERS which you can save money on various retailers, play games that you can earn money from after completing. SEARCH and earn each day.

Lots of surveys available, sadly often screened out so takes a while to earn rewards, but once you hit the redeem targets it's quick and easy to redeem.

The surveys are varied and (mostly) interesting. You can redeem your reward from as little as £5 too, and this can add up quite quickly. There is a huge area for queries which are relevant to the surveys, the only downside I found was when I had a query relating to a payment (one off mind you!), I couldn't contact them directly easily at all. Otherwise the payments come through to you quickly (via email) and it's great being able to use them for what ever you want - a variety of reward options are available by way of gift cards.

I've cashed out two lots of £20 but it has taken several years to get to that stage. Getting a suitable survey can be tricky so towards the end I relied on acknowledging emails only.

I have been with this site for a couple of years now, redemptions always paid out within a few days, they have short and long surveys depending how much time you have got, reliable site.

Horrible slow low paying surveys, limited offers that they refuse to pay out even if you complete them.

Ignore the 'satisfied' users on here with their solitary reviews... nothing suspicious about that at all.

Fantastic survey site that has new studies everyday as well as offers, deals, product testing, online diaries and much more. Please try it your self soon, I have been with them since 2020 and really enjoy taking part in what is a rewarding way to keep with new trends. Go on what are you waiting for, good luck!

It is fantastic to hear ads that refer to questions you've answered, it validates the ad too. However many times you fill in demographics and find the survey is full or finished. I limit myself to 3 goes and then give up.
It took a a little while to find out how to redeem the cash I'd earned, now I'm waiting for the voucher to arrive as looking forward to buying a versatile griddle/ roasting pan/casserole dish that should be a great space saver when we venture off for adventures in our motorhome.

I've just received my first reward £20 in my PayPal account from this website mainly clicking on emails which were sent and visiting websites. It took a while but now I will feel the benefit of answering surveys and clicking!

Useless site, blocks someone from entering surveys due to 'inconsistencies'. No explanation, no option to challenge false accusations.
It has also taken 5 years to build up £20 on the site as 99.9% of surveys screened out at some stage
Reward collection is made difficult, it took several days before the validation text service worked.
As soon as I receive the money owed I will be closing my account.
