They make it very hard to receive your rewards, once completing an offer they want proof in the form of screenshots despite the offer stating you must have tracking turned on so they can track it. Then you send them the proof and they want even more proof it's really not worth the hassle.

In my view InboxPounds is Avery good all round site for earning a bit of pocket money a lot of surveys. And the same goes for the games they have on offer for you to play for a nice bit of cash and for your own entertainment. Since joining InboxPounds I have thoughly enjoyed participating in various tasks, and pay out is prompt and efficient. Well worth signing up and giving them a go.

Surveys appear like buses, but if you keep soldiering on you will get to the reward levels eventually.
Biggest downside is the poorer surveys and survey timings, the 5 min survey that takes 20 mins and those that expect you to work for less than a penny a minute.

Not the best site out there for surveys, but far from the worst. Lots of surveys available,but no real profile so lots of rejections. Good payouts for the surveys that you complete, with a quick and easy payout process that has a lot of options available. Well worth checking this site out

Use this site every day for searching to build up points in order to exchange for cash/PayPal/Amazon vouchers etc. Takes a while to accrue due to the slightly limited 'offers' available, and the 1p per search criteria. Don't do the surveys much as find Ipsos, YouGov etc have better payback.

Good customer service though - when a cashback hasn't tracked a couple of times, they've been very helpful in sorting the issue out, taking a few days but keeping in contact throughout.

I am a member for a long time. Slowly the reward builds up as I don't get much time to do surveys but another good thing is when you sign up for products and services you need through inbox you get a good bit of money. Redeeming is swift and easy.

Completed a task worth £36. Wasn't paid for it so I submitted a request and provided all the proof asked for. Almost 2 weeks later and follow up emails every 2 days and I have been completely ignored, not a single response. Wouldn't recommend.

Claimed my £20 Paypal on 20th and withdrew to bank account on 23rd. My only gripe is it takes much longer to reach my preferred reward as Inbox have moved the Paypal claim limit from £10 to £20.
That said I've claimed £70 so far in 2022.

I generelly like using this website very much, the rewards are excellent the spin the wheel is a nice touch. The website is not perfect, adding spins to the wheel is not always consistent, and last years removal of useful rewards at £20 (unless you like coffee at Costa) means that you have to wait longer to build up to £30 before getting better rewards for Amazon or John Lewis for example. It now takes me 6 months to get the reward, so I would like all vouchers to start at £20. But I would recommend the site

After started using this website, it became my first point of search even overtaking the Google Search engine to search for anything I want, get almost the same top results that you will expect from GOOGLE, but with a small reward for using the site. This reward will sometimes get bigger for participating in surveys and visiting other websites and trying offers. Many thanks

Okay, so they are a legitimate site and I've cashed in a couple of £20s over the years but blimey it's a hard slog! The surveys are pointless, they get vast amounts of info out of you and then you're screened out. Frustrating. I've complained about it but customer service just say it's out of their control. Not great is it! I don't take any surveys now, waste of time. I've just been getting the 1pences daily now for clicking on websites and it'll probably take me another year to get the £20! Plus why is the spin wheel called so when it doesn't even spin. I will get to my £20 and then close my account it's just too much hard work.
