Always have great service from Top Buy. Everything arrives when they say and it is bargain pricing so I can buy more. I have bought from them for years and have never had anything bad happen.
My last order took over 2 months to arrive and I had to send many emails inquiring where it was. Also the price dropped by $20 and my order hadn't even left the warehouse so I feel I should have been given a refund or a credit.
I am very disappointed and not sure if I will use Topbuy again.

I find the prices, products, delivery and communication from TopBuy to be wonderful, every transaction is very easy and there are some terrific specials.
My experiences have been varied. From good to sad. Goods have arrived after expectation date and then some have been cancelled altogether.
I still get back on my horse and go again if another product comes up that I would like.
Purchased a mattress topper and it was delivered in a few days. Love it! Actually lives up to the description given and is seriously comfortable. Very well made.
I love the chance to purchase new items in my own time from my own home and have them delivered to my home knowing that if I am not happy I can return the item.
A great place to shop without the hassle, great offers and a large range of products.

Love all your products except one. Have recommended your site to all my friends but (there is always a but) on the 27 Sept I purchased a repair pen but never received it. Wrote back last week to report non delivery but have not had a reply. Disappointed on that score. The rest of my purchases have been top notch. Regards Derek
What I love about your site is the sizing chart on women's clothing is very helpful. However the 'live campaign' stays for too short and the shopping cart becomes empty too quickly. I would definitely recommend you creating a Wishlist of holding items for shoppers' convenience, so they don't get 'timed out' too fast. The times I had to ask account or product info your agents were very prompt and always proactive in looking for solutions. Great!

Company has changed their methods ave now their delivery dates aren't always reliable, this had been disappointing, although sometimes they are reliable, depends on if it is stock in their warehouse or a third parties.

I will never buy again from topbuy again ordered a handbag been waiting over a month and just received an email saying they are refunding my money cause they have none in stock you think they would have done that sooner instead of making me wait.
I have used this organisation to buy expensive Canon lenses and equipment over the last 18 months. The prices are always the lowest and the equipment is genuine original. Packaging is always excellent and delivery from Hong Kong to Perth is always about 2-3 days. Never had anything to complain about. Highly recommended.
