I wanted information about a product I purchased several months ago, namely the 3 Mini drone that is supposed to be abled to link to your phone via the app for the drone. After many attempts no link was achieved although the drone does work there is no FPV on my phone so it is just a drone with a App that is obsolete or very fraudulent with what it claims to do.
What a pity they don't do honesty or integrity.
I purchased the topbuy turquoise patio gliding swing through Walmart Canada in May 2020 6 months ago and it already is rusting everywhere on the swing that there is a screw and other parts. Even the thread stitching is not good. I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend to it anyone. I feel I need a refund or replacement. Thank you. I ordered a fold out couch/bed in May 2021 and have waited for it til July, I emailed and received an email back saying to be patient. I called every mail company possible and the tracking # said 4oz. Come on, that's not what a bed weighs. This was for my autistic son and I got scammed. I WILL get my money back! Stop fu€king with peoples money! I'm so mad, I'm ready to take a road trip to find them! And I'd give a 0 if it allowed me to!
I got a piece of cloth for thev44dollars I paid. For a foldable loveseat. I was lied to and scammed and I better get my money back or I will make it worth my while to hire a lawyer.

I bought a Drone XS. I was totally unhappy and emailed for instructions to get money back. To date no response at all. Drone did not function as advertised. The control functions did NOT work and the drone kept flying away (false advertising) and Top Buy advertised a battery life in excess of 20 minutes BUT I only got 5 minutes of flight time. My visa was charged in Germany, the drone has Chinese instructions with bad English translation. I want my money back as satisfaction was guaranteed but they have not responded to me. It has been over two months now! DO NOT USE THIS DISHONORABLE COMPANY.

Two quick observations: first I, as so many others have said below, never got the item in the time promised, nor received any response to my inquiries. And secondly all the 4 star reviews that bring their rating up to 3 1/2 stars are from "people" who have posted only one review. Kinda makes me think they're padding their own feedback to look better than the crappy company they are... Buy your item ANYWHERE ELSE!

I ordered through top buy as a third party co. Recently, dec 2019. I ordered and was told it would be 2 day shipping. Well after 8 days of my order just saying"label created" I finally contacted walmart (Topbuy was on there website) just for them to have to threaten topbuy. A few hours later I finally see progress with my order as I tracked it. Piss poor service! And most likely a SCAM

My son saved all summer and purchased a Lego online from TOPBUYBUY, over a month ago. I researched them a bit after because the order kept saying "in process" over a month now and still saying "in process". They most definitely took our money, their email is bogus and so is their phone#. Their physical address in Vegas doesn't even house their company. I find it hilarious that supposed people from TOPBUYBUY are responding to people's bad reviews and supplying phone numbers to contact them, also bogus. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, they suck.

Mostly I am happy with TopBuy. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that often there are long delays in receiving the product.
It is so easy to shot online with TopBuy, scroll through the amazing items click and buy. It is good being able to pay using Paypal. I will continue shopping online using TopBuy.
All in all, I think TopBuy is a great site, with lots of bargains, many of which, I've bought. Trouble is with the delivery time. It seems to take forever for the parcels to get here and it never seems that the whole of one order comes, just parts of other orders. It's a really strange set up.
Other than delivery issues, I'm happy with most things I buy. I will continue shopping with TopBuy.
