Same here. I've sent multiple notices to them today via email and on the "contact link" provided on their "confirmation email" of two weeks ago.
I'm notifying Capital One Mastercard if if they don't refund the full amount of $199.00 immediately.
And that's just for starters.
Zero tolerance for thieves in this neck of the woods!
