I've been ordering hard to find items, or otherwise expensive after market products from the vendors represented by this site and have never been disappointed. Reliable delivery and good quality "techie" products.

After placing my order I soon came across a lot of negative reviews which made me a little nervous. However I received a great deal and I'm please with my purchase. They did take a long time to ship my order. With shipping being a major factor in business anything longer then a couple of weeks or even a week without an email can seem too long. I would give them 5 stars if they shipped my purchase faster or sent me an email as for the delay.

Bought 1 Syma X8 HG Drone from Tomtop china at the best price i found on the web.
Handling was good and shipping took around 2 weeks to Europe.

5 star deal, but 4 star because i wish more RC car product online and web shop could be enhanced!

Great shop, multiple shipping address with different prices but it is important to avoid importation custom tax.
Did not have any complain so far for the multiple buy's.
I like the promotions, even if one week later that are even better promotions.
I cannot get items cheaper in ebay or aliexpress.

I must edit my previous review of Tomtop. My item finally arrived after more than two weeks instead of 3-5 days as promised and it is in order. If you order from this site, just be patient. Their distribution system is a bit funny and communication is not their strongest side. You must trade patience for great price I suppose...

Seul petit bémols qui lui coûte une étoile, le produit qui m'a été livré n'était pas suremballé. La boite d'origine juste recouverte d'un film plastique... de ce fait la boite à légèrement souffert durant le transport... mais pas le produit donc tout va bien. Un suremballage et c'était le sans faute! Bravo TOMTOP;-)

At first I might have been over anxiety of my order, but coming from CHINA and didn't realize it might take away. But my item arrived in working condition, & thank them for their concern.

Hello. Although usually I wouldn't buy outside other known webstores I've decided to take a go on this one since they have some sweet deals. Really low-cost specially at some days, almost 50% discount. Shipment's were also fast and good. Support is ok. Could be better but had no complaints about feedback. Usefull people.

Have bought several different items off this sight and have been please with items and description, most are Chinese in origin just like Walmart but the prices are great and there are many items that are not available except thru Chinese sellers on eBay. There certainly is junk on this web sight but the price is great and they deliver quickly from US warehouses and slow from Chinese warehouses. But all and all good people to deal with.

TomTop is a good shop and the Prices arge good.The ordered batteries Mod."Wild Scorpion" are always in use with me.

Of all the purchases I made through this platform, they came very well packaged, without any anomaly, and within the deadlines mentioned when buying.
To date I have no complaint about the same.
Good platform for online shopping.

The device works fine, the quality is acceptable, the good points are:
+ Nice big screen
+ Does everything that it claims
+ The quality of materials is acceptable
+ Android 6
+ 2GB RAM
Bad points are as follow:
- it may have 2 cameras on the back, but picture quality is average.
- it has big battery, but my old Huawei with 2200 mAh battery lasts longer.
- it gets hot under load (watching movies, playing games, charging).
- processor seems weak.

But as a summary I can say "Good device for it's price".

Very fast delivery, but I have written the customer support twice because I wanted some TOMTOP Points back and they havn't answered!

This was my first transaction with Tomtop, in which I had ordered 3 different products. 2 reached within the time mentioned, but the 3rd product got delayed beyond the time limit ( more than 30 days) for which I co-ordinated with their customer support through email. Thanks to Asya for her prompt reply on my emails and trying to track down the parcel. All products delivered in good condition.

Purchased a water monitor December 2016 product arrived defective contact was made with TomTop services we were giving the runaround send photo send video we will get back to you nothing happens they just want you to go away be very carfull.

Is good store, technology and price goes well. Sometimes take more time than we expected to receive all we bought, but I never received any compromise to receive mi purchase in less time than there appear in the website. I understand coul take more time than other online stores, but this is one reason to consider the good price. For me is it OK, I can keep shoping in the store.

A lot off cheap electronics, they do not overcharge on shipping, and fast replacement or money back on items lost by the mail

After many Emails and After a Month I Finally Received my Order, even tho I'm Still awaiting for two Orders to yet Arrive. But Once Sent out Arrived very Fast By Priority Delivery.

Bought a rc helicopter. The heli works perfectly and the price was less than half of what i would have paid for buying it in my country.

The only pitfall was, that the package came some days later than promised and that the tracking code began to work only some days before delivery.

The shipment time was in my opinion still totally acceptable for the price, but it would be nice if tomtop would adjust their estimates a little so that I as a customer don't need to worry whether my package got lost during delivery.

They have quality items at very reasonable prices. The shipping takes a while, which is understandable when shipping China to USA, but overall there were no issues and good communication... recommended.
