I bought a poncho as a gift and there was no possibility for a gift note. I wasn't even sure if she got the receipt with the price. That wasn't very nice. I contacted customer service (excellent reply and fast) but unfortunately the representative couldn't do much to help...

It was going to be the perfect birthday present. Unfortunately they were sold out. She was was sad, she really wanted this one. I was very happy to find it on Tuckernuck, and I got 10% off. They shipped it free, right away, it was delivered in a few days. She is going to be thrilled and so surprised! And I found a new place to shop.
