I ordered a tablet and several accessories on 11/27 for my daughter. As of day, 1/10/14 I have only received the accessories, and am still waiting for the tablet! I have talked to customer service 3 times, once just getting a tracking number from the Swedish Post, and when that didn't work they told me to check back in 24 hours. The second contact told me that I would receive the item in 30 to 45 days of order date. I just spoke with another customer service rep, who told me that this 30 to 45 days was from the date of shipment. The tablet shipped 22 DAYS after I ordered it. When I inquired as to why this happened, since their web site states over and over that all orders ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed, I was told that the item was out of stock. When I asked why I was not informed of this (giving me the opportunity to cancel my order and get another tablet from elsewhere that I'm sure would have made it here by Christmas), the customer service rep ignored my question and instead told me she would expedite the shipping and I should receive it in 4 to 7 days. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!
I am waiting 40 days for a iphone charger to arrive. Apparently it can take up to 45 days, but they don't tell you this when they are ordering.
The product was not so bad as I have heart of before about online shopping. It was just ok and saved about $40 for the adapter, thank you Tmart.
Good shop of Chinese goods with greate choiсe, normal prices and guarantee. Work with them more than a year.

I ordered a product more than 3 weeks ago now and although the tool the money straight out of my account that day I received no confirmation email and no shipping or tracking information. 3 Weeks on and i am still without the product or confirmation/shipping info and have had two live chats with customer representative. Neither one could resolve the problem, both promising emails and information would be sent to my email but neither following through. When I told the second person I still hand't received any information after they said they would send it they said I'm sure your parcel will be with you soon but I need to close the chat now. So just finished the conversation with yet again no resolution. I am currently awaiting my 3rd live chat now.
I have now read all the other reviews and It's obviously a scam. They won't tell me where my parcel is or any other details I am now going directly to my bank and sorting it out this way.
STAY CLEAR AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE ALL DID
Have been purchasing from Tmart for the last 4 years. Have learned a few tricks.
1. If they are not from the US warehouse, shipped directly from China, be prepared to wait, so buy only things that are non-critical and be prepared to wait as long as 2-3 months.
2. Do not buy any batteries that seem to be ridiculously cheap - there's a reason why they are so cheap. Bought rechargeable AA batteries that were suspiciously light and simply would not last very long for each charge, in spite of the 3000mAH claim.
3. Do not buy LED lightbulbs, no matter how cheap they seem to be. Despite the claim that they can last 20 years, almost all I have purchased have lasted less than 2. You can find equally cheap ones now in North America and these will probably last quite a bit longer.
4. Most of the LED flashlights and bike lights are pretty good buys. Bought some really bright ones from them and all for less than C$20 each.
5. Most of the cheap electronic gadgets are quite OK. I have a really cool battery tester which cost me less than C$15 and an amplifier that cost me $12 and sounds really good. A $20 car dash-cam saved me umpteen thousands in insurance payments in an accident so all else is forgiven!
6. Don't bet on much customer service from these folks. It's not that they don't try, it's just that they are not acquainted with the level of quality we in the west are familiar with. They are also less proficient in English so set your expectations and you won't be quite as disappointed.
7. Because of #6, don't spend on very expensive items. The single most expensive item I have purchased to date was probably less than $40.
If you follow these guidelines, you should be able to get some really good deals off these guys.

I ordered the lot of items from Tmart a month ago. The lot was supposed to include the following items: Wintel TV Box CX-W8, Air Mouse Remote Control, Samsung I9250 Galaxy Nexus, IP68 Waterproof Phone Case for Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Liview 4 Channel Full D1 Indoor/Outdoor, Outdoor Garden Solar Energy Recharge LED Fence Light Blue Light, and 100pcs Colorful Mini Dice.The Liview 4 Channel DVR Kit was missing in this lot. Also missing was the Air Remove and the Samsung Galaxy Case. Also, the Windows TV Box doesn't show everything on the screen when I use it... Part of the Desktop is missing and part of movies and games that are played gets cut off. I don't know how to fix it.

I bought a phone (CUBOT CT72+). After checking it i discovered that the GPS reminded 3 times in description doesn't exists. In description is specified "GPS Yes, built in, also support A-GPS". Twice i left a review about but was not accepted (?). I spent 1hour and half in chat. After 25 minutes i was returned to the main page, after other 27 minutes i spent 30 minutes chating with a person having no idea that "BUILT IN" mean GPS hardware must be inside. This phone support only A-GPS (is not for navigation). I told him that in other sites as ebay is not GPS and at least the site must correct the description but nothing. If is not a fraud is inexact information but i didn't received for my money what i ordered and i really want to know why they don't correct the error and hide my reviews. It's this fair trading?
After months, but better later than never they finaly decided to refund 30% and to correct the site page. I have to recognize is a good point for this site and you can add to service rating some stars. Not only but they unhided my reviews.

I purchase a item on day 13 of december i payd 10,85 for express delivery as in the tmart cart it says the product will take beetwen 2 to 7 days to arrive after 5 days i talk with csutomer support and they told me the product it have not been dispached, i talk again and in day 19 they told me ot was posted i talk with dhl and they told me the tracking code said the label was printed but the product was not posted, the product was finnaly posted o day 22 and arived on day 27... when i used for the first time the product just dont work... i bought a 38 pounds smart computer who stays on reboots, the boxs looks used i contact tmart and i send a video day 27 and until now i didnt get an answer after two weeks. *******ATPDFJ

Well, I read all these reviews AFTER i ordered some replacement HID bulbs... And i got scared and panicked and order another set from a different company, I am now sitting on 3 extra freaking bulbs... BECAUSE TMART DID WHAT THEY SAID AND ACTUALLY GOT MY STUFF A DAY EARLY!
I feel horrible for chewing into them on their live chats, the product is cheap, but hell i paid 8 bucks for a pair of bulbs, when they are normally 100 bucks a bulb from those national auto parts stores... but hell they work and i now have 1 extra bulb from them and 2 really nice ones from another retailer...
Tmart did an excellent job in getting my products, i wish they would get a phone answering service, and hire someone fluent in English to converse with customers, so thats why they only get a 4 outta 5

I received my order today, and it looks very nice and works great, I will be doing more business with your guys.
I placed an order and I have two problems:
1) The blue Car Mp3 player bluetooth hands-free funtion FM 8100( SKU: E*******) is not working properly. I can do the "pair" with my phone but:
- It's not working bluetooth hands-free funtion.
- It's not working A2DP funtion. I can't hear music from my phone.
My phone has bluetooth with A2DP funtion and working with others devices.
The line in, and usb/SD card work properly.
2) The "I9300 4.0" Android 2.3 Dual SIM Quad-band Wifi FM Bluetooth TV Touch Screen Unlocked Cell Phone Black" ( SKU: *******) is a JAVA phone. The website TMART described as Android. The last 5 feb TMART service contact with me about this problem and I chose a refund 10 USD as compesation if I accept the phone being Java system. I have received the refund, but the phone doesn't conect internet by wifi. I'm bored.
I can not recommend this website: It's has cheap prices but it's an expensive experience.

I attempted to order some merchandise that needed to be delivered in 2 days, so I paid a considerable amount extra?. I used a pre-paid VISA as a precautionary measure in case my personal identifiable information was compromised!. I'd rather them take me for a $100 card than clean out my checking account or run up my credit card for thousands;. The site rejected my card while I was closing out, so I contacted my credit card company to see what the problem was!. They said there's no problem, there's an authorization for $77". 89 from TMart?.
I waited 2 days and went online to track my order:. There was no order, but I am still out $77.89. I went online on their "chat line", and no one could find my order. They asked me for an order #, and I told them that I didn't receive an order # because the system kept refusing my credit card, but yet they still encumbered $77.89 on my credit card. They asked me to check my email for a confirmation, and there was no email. I spent my whole lunch hour going back and forth on this BS.
I decided to get back online after I got off work to speak to another "keyboard" since they don't have a customer service # to call, which kind of threw up a red flag to me. After waiting for an hour, YOYO finally came online with me. Maybe YOYO was busy talking to all the other unsatisfied customers. YOYO were as unhelpful as the last "keyboard".
Finally, I said just un-authorize the charge on my card, and I will take my business elsewhere because I've already missed my deadline. No one ever responded. I guess my next step is to contact my card company and dispute it, so I can get back the credit on my card.
I will NEVER attempt to order anything from TMart again. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I got mixed up with this company. I have seen very few positive experiences in the reviews that I've checked. TMart stays in business by preying on chumps like us!... forget it TMart. I'm going to Brickhouse Security. Ive checked their reviews!

Answer: Stay away from Tmart, as far as you can!... if you want to have nice days. I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
