I placed my second order of tires with tire rack recently and unfortunately did get a flat tire. Ironically I got a flat with the first set too and it did seem like a lot of work to get my refund for that tire repair but I got through it. So I was curious how it would go this time. I called in and said I had a $45 bills for a flat repair he said they would cover up to $25 and he was going to be sending me an email I would simply return a copy of my invoice to his email. A few days went by and his email never came I kept looking for it so I had to call in again and again ask somebody to send me an email that I could respond to. This time the email came in and I sent a copy of the invoice I also faxed a copy just to be on the safe side. The check arrive promptly but then when I opened it up it was only for $22.99. After dropping $45 on the repair st Firestone, and calling in twice and being told I should get $25, I was disappointed that tire rack took the opportunity to pick arpart the Firestone invoice of $45 dollars and rule out an additional $2.01 from the max $25 I was told I would get. To me it seems like a bad and dumb business practice. In the wake of this experience, I will do a little more shopping next time and I'll consider how other warranty's are written, and put a little more priority to how a company stands behind the products
They always have the tires and accessories I'm looking for and even suggest local installers. Good prices and fast delivery. 2 thumbs from me.

The best thing over this place was the reasonable pricing of tyres. I have been to a few places but they all had high prices.

UPDATE:
Tire-Rack customer service reached out to me apologizing for the problems encountered which was apparently an issue with the integration between Tire-Rack and the Installers computer systems. Tire-Rack arranged for the installation to be rescheduled and performed free of charge.
Now thats a company that values its customers and understands the meaning of "Customer Service". I will remain a loyal customer.
Unsure of what to expect when tire package arrives. Multiple lug holes and centering rings are of a concern at this point. I'm sure it will all be fine, but as I've never done this before, I will reserve judgement for when they arrive and I get them on the car.
UPDATE:
I received my wheel/tire set yesterday and everything was fine. I am extremely happy with my purchase, the speed with which it was delivered and the care that was taken to supply instructions for installation.
That said, the only thing lacking was instructions for self-registering the TPMS sensors with my vehicle. I understand, perhaps, not supplying them with my wheel/tire package, as you would have to individually track the car they were being installed onto, but the only way I was able to find them again was to recreate my order on your website as that is where I knew they would be. A search on the website did not return the instructions for which I was looking.
Other than that small thing, I would rate my experience a 5. The only reason I initially rated it a 3 was my apprehension with never having worked with you in the past and the one call I made to have my questions answered were handled by a man that was a bit condescending.
Overall a great experience and I will not hesitate to order from you again in the future!

Ive been ordering tires from Tire Rack for 20 years including from an auto shop I managed. This time ordered on Dec 2. Tire did not show. I had to call 32 times, waiting 20 minutes each time trying to get customer service on the line. Finally, after waiting 36 minutes, they picked up and are shipping a tire overnight. Yaaay. My car only has to sit 4 more days for a total of 10 days due to Tire Racks horrible customer service. It's Friday. They say I'll get it Tuesday. Is that not that great customer service! Buy locally if you need to actually drive your car.
I was able to find the tires and wheels I wanted easily from a very good selection offered on the web site. The ordering process was no problem and delivery came quickly. Now I am taking them to mount on the truck as a surprise and combination gift that I am sure will knock her socks off.

Despite a mixup on the pricing side, Tire Rack customer service listened to my concerns and "made it right".
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a tire company there road hazard is absolutely worthless 2 hours on hold to file a claim only to find out that my tire was discontinued (the tire is 3 months old) and that I am now being extorted into buying a newer version of the same tire to the tune of $82.25 more because they will only give you what you payed for your OLD tire and ignore that 100% thing it says on there website that is a strait up lie they do not include any tax this is a 4 day process that my car is out of commission if you want my advise just buy local discount tire will replace the whole tire and they wont extort you into an upgrade. After 3 calls I finally got to a supervisor everyone I talked to was condescending argumentative and rude sup finally offers a partial discount the funny part is in the time they wasted fighting me they payed twice that to there employees so they are still losing money and my business

Unmistakable sign of compete and total tread separation, they want me to send them the trashed tire. I have purchased many many many tires from them, and they wont replace the damn tire! Totally done with them! Stay away!

I ordered $1300 worth of rims & tires from Tire rack, literally 2 days later the order was cancelled without any notification. I called and they told me PayPal voided it for fraud... WHAT?! So I called PayPal and they insisted they did not void my order. I went back and forth between these two companies for 3 days before a tire rack representative finally told me that they tried to verify my address and couldn't so they marked it as fraud. Why would they not contact my to verify? And why blame PayPal. It's been over. Week and I still haven't gotten my money back. I'm very disappointed & going through another company next time.
We feel one of our responsibilities is to ensure that all charges are made by and approved by the owner of the account that is being charged. We received the order late on Friday 7/12 and were unable to verify that the order was placed by the account holder. We apologize for the frustration and that we could not gain approval for the order. We have requested PayPal to process the cancelation request.
Will NEVER buy from TireRack again. I had to return 2 tires that were never mounted. They would only accept one, claimed the other had "grease" on it. In good faith, I later purchased the 2 replacement tires for these from them to show I was willing to do business with them, still never got a refund for that $420 tire. Horrible place.
We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience with us. As we discussed prior to the return, the tire needed to be sent back to us in new condition. Unfortunately, it was returned to us with grease on the bead and inner liner of the tire. This was probably caused by the installer attempting to mount the tire with grease.
We tried to clean off the tire to sell it as new, but the grease could not be removed and would not be acceptable to sell to another customer.
It is unfortunate, but your local shop’s actions made it so the tire could not be resold.
Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.
