However, the protocol for tire pickup at the Sparks warehouse has changed due to COVID, with a number to call in order to notify the warehouse you have arrived to get your order prominently displayed rather than entering the office for the same purpose. Problem is, Verizon would not connect the call despite repeated attempts. I ended up asking another Customer to call for me. This is a problem.

Excellent. I had a question about which wheels would work for my RAM ProMaster 2500 because it has Euro selection or Lite Truck. The gentleman on the phone steered me in the right direction and the tires were here on a Monday and I ordered them 3 days before on Friday! Wheels were perfect. Thanks!
I placed an order for 4 tires late on a Friday afternoon. I was told that it probably would not ship until Monday, as a Saturday delivery was an additional cost. The tires were delivered before noon on Saturday. They have also lived up to the testing and rating that Tire Rack posted on the performance of the tires. Very satisfied with both the service received and the product purchase. This was my first experience with Tire Rack, and it won't be my last!

Tire Rack's website was very easy to use to get exactly the tire and wheel size combination I wanted for my car. There was also a convenient preview of what it would look like on my car model. Delivery was insanely quick. I placed an order Friday afternoon and had the tires delivered (already fitted on the wheels with TPMS sensors) the next day.
Just wish it could be more competitive on pricing with amazon for the same tyres. Etc
Delivery took 4 days and one tire looked like it had been drug across concrete, white letters were damaged.

Bought 4 tire set Jan. 2020. Tires very good. Price good. Mounted and balanced at local Infinity dealer and was very good service. Sept. 2020 tire monitor system says a tire slightly low pressure. Checked tire and saw nail. Took wheel off and to local Firestone dealer. Dealer called saying nail too close to sidewall for repair. Contact warranty dept. through Tire Rack. A bit complex but filed a claim. Then get notification they need copy of original invoice, also copy of receipt from mounting store and something else I forgot. Tire Rack has all this I presume since they sent tires there and I don't have a scanner though I have all required receipts. This is just a run around to get me discouraged so I don't pursue warranty. They win, my time is worth something. Their road hazzard is useless.

I got a really good deal on a set of four continental tires. The process was easy, I just had to enter the model and year of my car. I was also able to ship them to location near me to be installed. The price was the main factor for my purchase.
