Bought 4 tire set Jan. 2020. Tires very good. Price good. Mounted and balanced at local Infinity dealer and was very good service. Sept. 2020 tire monitor system says a tire slightly low pressure. Checked tire and saw nail. Took wheel off and to local Firestone dealer. Dealer called saying nail too close to sidewall for repair. Contact warranty dept. through Tire Rack. A bit complex but filed a claim. Then get notification they need copy of original invoice, also copy of receipt from mounting store and something else I forgot. Tire Rack has all this I presume since they sent tires there and I don't have a scanner though I have all required receipts. This is just a run around to get me discouraged so I don't pursue warranty. They win, my time is worth something. Their road hazzard is useless.

I got a really good deal on a set of four continental tires. The process was easy, I just had to enter the model and year of my car. I was also able to ship them to location near me to be installed. The price was the main factor for my purchase.
Tires arrived late the day after scheduled delivery due to not having all car info... make model etc. Although I had to enter that info twice when ordering.
Tire buying is a pain, so many choices, so much information, so much unclear. Tire rack helped me choose good tires at a reasonable price, and also helped me find a reputable installer near me, at a fair price. Could I have haggled an extra 5% with alot more effort and aggravation? Possibly but this was a great overall experience.
I just returned picking up my tires and had them installed, experience with Tire rack was positive. BUT it ends there what they imply and not said is YOU now have to PAY somebody to mount and balance my cost 140.00 then asked about future balance and rotation nope at 70.00 each time do the math 3000mi per rotation this makes each tire to end up costing probably 800.00 each after rotation and balance over *******mi period!

I ended up putting my name on it with their address and I hope it gets there OK.
Update: Tire Rack called less than 8 hours after receiving the above feedback and resolved the issue immediately! Tire was shipped 4 hours after talking to them, with the modified shipping address information as requested. You can't ask for better customer service than that!

2 NEW TIRES HAVE NO TIRE TREAD DEPTH AT ALL, I THOUGHT THEY WERE USED! COST ME TO MUCH TO SHIP BACK. WERE DELIVERED LATE ALSO. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
Had a great tire rack experience in regards to the tire recommendation, purchase and delivery. Tire Rack does need to make sure its installation prices are right as we ended up paying much more than was listed on Tire Rack(from the installer)
Wrong digit on a phone number and they cancel the orders to make us do it again. WTF they act like they're theonly game in town. Just go to Discount Tire, same day install and no BS DRAMA.
I ordered 4 tires online that showed to be in "stock" on Monday. When I called on Wednesday to inquire, I was told by Albert that they would be shipping on Friday when they get to the warehouse. When I asked to cancel the order, his attitude changed and he became very short with me and could not get off the phone quick enough. Very negative attitude. I then called our local Discount Tire store and they will have the tires here later today and can install them tomorrow. I'm done with Tire Rack!

I shopped 4 local tire stores and the best price and to get the tires I wanted, it was less expensive and less hassle to buy these on line and ship them to my mechanic for installation!
Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
