Easy to use system and found what I was looking for.

From entering my car information, to choosing the products I wanted and fit properly, to shipping to my installer, The entire process and experience was excellent. Shipping was very quick and everything was there. I've never had a problem.

Great experience all the way through. Have had time after time of negative experiences at the vehicle manufacturer dealership - bad alignments burning through tires, and dealership refusing to work to solve the issue. Ordering tires through Tire Rack, having them sent to local tire installation guru of my choice was hugely beneficial.

Nice and easy process from finding the right tires to purchasing them from the checkout.

Every time i find what I need for the best prices. I will keep telling others. My only issue was that the delivery did not come at the same time as it was indicated when purchased. No real problem other than it delayed my installation plans by a day as all.

Wish I could see maximum dimension to fit stock vehicle.

Four tires were shipped the day after I ordered them and they arrived at my dealership a couple days later. Next time I need tires I'll go to Tire Rack and I'll recommend them to others.

I was not able to find the Run Flat Tires for my John Cooper Works Mini locally. Went to Tire Rack and found many manufacturers to choose. Placed the order and the tires arrived the next day before noon.

Okay so far

Ordered spring set H&R. Picked the combo for my car. Installed the front springs, when started to install rear realized that rear springs are different. Website should have been more clear to show that same car could have different combo. Called customer service, after 4 days they told me that i would have to pay extra for getting rear springs. I agreed and paid the extra charge. The next day they called and told me they could not do it.

I placed my second order of tires with tire rack recently and unfortunately did get a flat tire. Ironically I got a flat with the first set too and it did seem like a lot of work to get my refund for that tire repair but I got through it. So I was curious how it would go this time. I called in and said I had a $45 bills for a flat repair he said they would cover up to $25 and he was going to be sending me an email I would simply return a copy of my invoice to his email. A few days went by and his email never came I kept looking for it so I had to call in again and again ask somebody to send me an email that I could respond to. This time the email came in and I sent a copy of the invoice I also faxed a copy just to be on the safe side. The check arrive promptly but then when I opened it up it was only for $22.99. After dropping $45 on the repair st Firestone, and calling in twice and being told I should get $25, I was disappointed that tire rack took the opportunity to pick arpart the Firestone invoice of $45 dollars and rule out an additional $2.01 from the max $25 I was told I would get. To me it seems like a bad and dumb business practice. In the wake of this experience, I will do a little more shopping next time and I'll consider how other warranty's are written, and put a little more priority to how a company stands behind the products
