Credit card was declined. Order was held open anyway. Payment finally went through, and I STILL received my order ON TIME when I expected it to be delayed at least two days.
Tire rack still had some of the brake/rotor combination that I like in stock - just not in one location. It gets tough when you want parts for a 2004. Everything was great and went as scheduled.

Had a horrible experience trying to buy new tires at Costco. Had to deal with a rude manager that obviously had no idea what he was talking about when he told me I needed run flats for a Tesla.
A friend recommended tire rack so I ordered a set of tires. Less than 24 hours after my order I got a call and an email from Lee explaining that even thou I ordered good tires I got the wrong model for my car.
He helped me choose the tires that I needed for my car and was extremely helpful and courteous.
I hope I won't need new tires anytime soon, but if I do Lee will be getting my business again!
