TireRack itself was spot on. Good prices, great customer service. Their problems lay with the shipping service they use, OnTrac. OnTrac is a TERRIBLE shipping company. They delivered my tires to a house that was no where near my location. Thankfully the locals here are honorable people and loaded the tires up in their truck to drive it to my address. Why would OnTrac deliver to a completely different address and then lie to me over phone saying they did nothing wrong? If you have the option, do NOT ship with OnTrac. Pay any extra premiums/fees and go with a reputable shipper.
The tires were on sale. Received next day. Happy with the purchase.
Had to get one more tire due to a road hazard. Have started a claim and will see if there are any issues with that process but the ordering and shipment of the 5th tire went well.

Due to my bank flagging the original transaction due to the amount I had to replace my order and it accidentally created 2 orders with 2 accounts. I receieved an email alerting me. I called and spoke with the customer service team and they were quick, efficient and so nice. Got the duplicate trans cancelled and receieved my tires 2 days later. Got them installed and drives so amazing.
