Overall, I'm very happy. Local quotes seemed super overpriced and was happy to see that I could save money via tire rack. Having the free mounting + TPMS install + balancing was huge.
Some of the tires were scuffed on the sides. Photos attached. Ultimately these seemed to be cosmetic and I doubt it will have any functional effect.
One other bit was that I was very overwhelmed with the wheel selection. I had 400+ rim options to choose from with various offset values. I tried doing research but couldn't find any definitive answers as far as how much the offset matters. Ultimately I went with the same offset that the stock wheels have to be safe but that significantly reduced the options. If I had really cared I would have called though to ask so that's on me for not doing

I had placed an order for this tire w/ a price stated on your site- however two days later I received a phone call that based on what I had entered for year make and model of my vehicle my tire was going to be much more expensive due different thread (DT) as the caller had stated mine was different in threading based on my ear make model of vehicle. My question to you is why wouldn't the computer input after stating these things did not prompt the different and pricing? Just made me feel like I was getting burned- I only had the callers word to go by. The store I went to go get the tire mounted on said he never heard such a thing.- they sale the same brand of tires.

A little concerned that the recesses in the rim for the lug nuts were at a depth that I was not able to start threading them by hand.
Shipping from South Bend IN to Champaign IL was quick, the suggested service partner business worked very well. They don't excel in over-the-top friendliness but the shop looked very well equipped and organized. Service was very good. Would recommend.

Ordering with Tire Rack was super easy, and the suggested installer did a great job! Only hiccup was they put my 16" wheels inside a box marked 17", so we all panicked a bit thinking I'd ordered the wrong size. Luckily, the correct box and wheels were inside the larger box!

Needed to replace tires due to normal wear that was expedited due to a flat on Friday. Purchased tires from TireRack with the help of their extensive review system, which allowed me to easily compare across a few different tires, on Saturday. They were delivered to the installer on Sunday. Installation completed on Monday.
I have trouble imagining how getting tires could be any easier. The pricing for the tires was well below what anywhere else was offering, and the selection was far, far better.
