The tire rack website was easy to navigate and the information was easy to understand. I did additional research on the tires and found that the reviews for this tire were accurate and non-bias. Checkout was easy and I have not found any problems with the account that I used for payment. When I need new rubber I will definitely begin (and most likely end) my search with Tire Rack. My mechanic recommended I replace my Pirelli Tires I purchased from TireRack in 2017; they only had 30K on them but were down to 3/32. I called customer service and spoke with Shelley, who advised me that the tires had a 70K warranty. She led me through the steps to claim a credit under the terms of the warranty; also advising that it be best to purchase another Pirelli tire to get full credit.
I reviewed the available Pirelli tires available for my 2015 Outback, spoke with Kyle at customer service who said the new replacement for the original tires were upgraded, and he recommended them. I had them delivered to my mechanic for installation. And today, UPS picked up my old tires. Waiting on my credit in due course, as Shelley advised.

I purchased a hard-to-find set of tires via Tire Rack. Tires were in stock and shipped quickly to an installer in two separate shipments; UPS for some reason could not make tone of the deliveries and took 3 tries to deliver. Tires supposedly come with some paperwork that the installer did not receive, so now I must contact Tire Rack to locate documentation for the tires. The price was excellent, buying was very easy, and the little inconveniences were sorted out.
With the ASAP Tire's Mobile Installation Service, everything went quite smoothly. Technican was helpful with our needs. Would use again.
