I was very surprised to get it very fast. Ordered it on a monday, it was delivered to my auto shop by Wednesday. And love the tires. Just had our first major snow storm in the north east and tires did what I expect thrm to do. Will be ordering tires from tire track from now on.
I've been utilizing Tire Rack online for a host of tire purchases for different vehicles I've owned over many years. I've taken notice over the last couple of purchases when ordering new tires for my two vehicles, the once considerable price point, mounting, and sales tax advantages proffered by ordering online have diminished significantly. Box stores, specialty stores, and even price matching by dealers have dramatically closed the cost gap advantages Tire Rack once harbored. When tire mounting expenses ($134 within my area) are figured-in, previous advantages of ordering online are becoming a push. Unbiased tire reviews, tire choice variety and comparison shopping information supported by uncomplicated warranty service remain Tire Rack advantages. Like quite a few fixed income baby boomers entering retirement, price point will most likely weigh heavily on future purchases.

Snow was on the way I knew I needed tire. I've used Tire Rack since the early 2k. The other day on a slushy road a truck ran a stop sign. I had to jam on brakes and to my surprise my new tires dig into the slush and stop me before running into this pickup. I couldn't believe it. My old tires would have ended up with a hospital visit. The road test videos really made me choose the tires that I purchased. Thank You and Thank God.

Found the tires I wanted, order them at a very decent price for all 4.
Fine except the retaining rings that normally come with the centering rings and are required for installation were not included. No mention of this at ordering time. Instead the note that they are not included came with the centering rings.

Process was easy. Selection was good. Wait time at the warehouse was lengthy.
Ordered on Wednesday, delivered to my remote location on Friday. Had tires installed Saturday morning. Snow storm started that evening. Was so impressed with the order taking process, follow up and delivery. Had no idea this could happen so quickly and lucky for me, the timing could not have been better!
