I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X4 that I needed a winter tire/wheel package for. Having come with performance tires and being purchased in January in the Mid-Atlantic, a definite must have. I entered the year/make/model into tire rack, picked my tires and wheels, and was a bit hesitant that they would fit, even though they said they would. I popped open the chat and the rep checked my cart and validated everything would work perfectly and I placed the order. I was also able to see the wheels on a very accurate depiction of my vehicle which was awesome.
The really amazing part was that I placed my order on a Tuesday around 1PM EST and they were delivered the next day to my local installer. Yes, the NEXT day. Granted I live in central PA and they were coming from Delaware but still, incredibly speedy.
In the end, pulled up to my service center, wheels/tires were put on within about an hour and I was off. They make the vehicle a mean winter machine. Can't recommend this entire end-to-end process enough!

Great but I wanted smaller rims for my 2018 Subaru Impreza sport but the will only let you order the manufacturer recommended sizes so I had to put in a 2016 Impreza to get the wheels I wanted they fit perfectly btw

Past experiences have been good but the last two times I've ordered tires from Tire Rack they never sent me a confirmation of my order.
I had to call them both times after I had confirmed that they had charged my card. I called support which was very good and they apologized said that they were resending my email confirmation after they confirmed with me the email address they had on file. I never received that email. She said my tires had already been delivered for installation she even gave me the number to call so I didn't need to look it up. Everything else is fine I like the tires but the lack of a confirmation email with my information is unacceptable.

What a wonderful experience. Within minutes i heard from a Tire Track rep to let me know I selected the wrong tire for my daughter's car. He explained the issue, offered to correct it, and adjusted the price. Tires were delivered exactly when he said they would.
