Awesome buying experience, from the time I placed the order to the time the order was received was very quick. The order arrived in less then one day and this was after multiple snow days. From the layout of the website to the product information; everything was clean and in a manner that was easy to navigate and understand for first time users. I choose this product because tire rack product information and rating helped me choose a tire that fits my everyday needs.

Shipping was incredibly quick for a full set of tires, probably wasn't the cheapest but you pay for the whole thing of shipping and what not. 2 days and they were here.

I like being able to shop through tire rack. This is my second order through them. My only issue is that I wasn't informed that my new wheels required different lug bolts therefore I needed a new set of locking lug bolts. Then they wanted to charge me for shipping. Not okay with that. Also, it'd be nice if they offered a military discount.

Had a call to verify shipping address. Worker was super pleasant and very helpful!
Ordered the tires I needed, had them shipped to the installer, made an appointment to have them installed in my driveway and ultimately had new tires on my car in 72 hours, contact free! No waiting in a service waiting room etc.
