The order was split with the first 2 tires being delivered by UPS incorrectly. No fault of Tire Rack. Customer support worked with the shipper and the order was found at a neighbor's home. Appreciated the assistance and follow up

Purchase was good, tires have been great so far. Disappointed because the installer that I chose to have them shipped to charged more than was reported on your website. They told me this once I called to schedule the appointment and I couldn't change it as the tires had already shipped. Little frustrating that I had to pay $50 more.
