We always buy our tires from Tire Rack, but we just moved to a new area. So we didn't have someone to install them and I ended up using the suggested retailer PepBoys. The tires shipped on time and arrived without incident. No issue with Tire Rack at all, our issue was with the installer who tried to jack the price up on the install and also tell us we needed an alignment (which we just our car in for service shortly before the tires and knew we didn't). I think Tire Rack should be careful getting into business with a company like PepBoys who doesn't honor contracts and attempts to increase sales by lying about work needing done.
A package of 4 Blizzak winter tires with 4 rims ordered last Thursday, and delivered Monday to my installer United Auto in Waterbury, CT. Going on to my brand new Toyota Camry XLE FWD. I LOVE TIRE RACK and UNITED AUTO, Waterbury, CT. Also love winter tires with FWD SEDANS. SUPERIOR to AWD with all season tires for cornering and stopping!

Ordered tires on Thursday 2/4/21 for Friday delivery and Saturday installation. Installer did have me in their system when I showed up for my appointment on Saturday, told me they were full and I'd have to come back Sunday for install. Sunday they mounted up the tires and told me the sidewalls were severely out of shape as if the tires had sat on the shelf too long and I should contact Tire Rack regarding the issue, but they would balance them the best they could so I could drive on them and wouldn't have to pay another installation charge to put my old tires back on. Called Tire Rack Monday 2/8/21 and the lady was rude, argumentative, told me what I was saying was "impossible" and, "I've been here two years and I've never heard of that." I said just call the installer yourself, which she rudely refused and said if I wanted anything done I'd have to find somewhere with a Hunter Road Force Balancer (only this machine was acceptable... there's only one place in my city that I could find that has one), pay out of pocket for the balance, and send them the report to verify the issue and if it met their criteria they'd reimburse me and send me new tires.
I get they're not going to ship another set of tires out without verification but the rudeness and refusal to work with me at all was infuriating. All I did was purchase tires in good faith and show up for my appointment for installation. Tire Rack failed me on the scheduling, the product quality, and the customer service. Avoid them and just buy tires and installation from the same place, because once they get your money and ship they're helping you. I hope someone from this crap company reads this and reaches out to me. The product gets two stars because the shop ultimately got them balanced with over 4 oz of weight per tire.

Overall good so far. These are summer wheels so not on vehicle yet. Hopefully Tirerack TPMS brand is compatible with the recommended Autel TS508.

Enjoyed the prepackaged snow tires, saved lots of time in trying to locate a smaller rim then OEM through trying each size so it still fit our van. I was able to find a combination that was less expensive than if I purchased snow tires for the stock rims by themselves.

Found great, new tires for an amazing price. They were on "Clear out". Placed the order. They gave me the option to pick where I wanted them delivered (car shops or home) and gave me pricing for installation. Tires got delivered by UPS quickly at the car shop and I got them installed. Great, seamless experience. Well done!
